' got everything ready? ' asked ari's and noah's father.

' yep! i just need to get my chargers if you dont mind.. ' noah said, running back to his room to get his chargers, and to make sure he hadnt forgotten anything.

' be back quick! ' their mom shouted from downstairs.

' ari, you've been rather quiet lately.. are you nervous? ' asked their father, looking at ari with a worried look.

' if theres anything wrong, you can always tell us love! ' 

' mom, dad, everythings okay, im just a bit nervous. moving to a new school n all.. ' ari said looking down at their shoes.

' oh. i understand.. take your time to feel comfortable, afterall.. school starts in two more months anyways. ' their father said, holding her shoulder and smiling.

' thanks dad! ill be fine, dont worry about me. '

' im back! ' noah said, heavily breathing since he had just ran down the stairs.

' took you long enough. now, do you guys have everything you need? phones, clothes, wires? ' their father asked, looking around.

everyone nodded and they finally walked out the house. 

' sigh.. im gonna miss this place. ' noah said, looking at the house with a frown.

' oh come on, youre just making me feel more emotional noah. '

' sorry sis! its alright , our new house is gonna be 10 times better anyways! ' noah said, smiling.

' mhm, thats right. we made sure to buy a house with bigger rooms this time. i could tell you guys didnt have enough spaces for pokemon plushies and anime figures.. ' their father said, looking at both of them.

' i NEED all my alolan starter plushies! and all the eeveelutions.. and all the legendaries.. and every pokemon to exist. ' ari said, while holding her vaporeon plushie tightly.

' and you know i cant live without my demon slayer figures! inosuke, nezuko, tanjiro, zentisu.. all of em! ' noah said, while also tightly holding an inosuke plushie.

' yeah yeah.. ill just pretend like i know what all that stuff means. ' their father said, getting inside of the car.

' aww, you two still act like children! you'd never let anyone touch your old toys! ' their mother said while laughing.

they all got in the car, noah and ari sitting in the backseats, listening to music. noah handed ari an airpod so they could listen to music together. noah played some lovejoy, an amazing indie band. thats honestly all they listened to the whole drive.. repeating the albums over and over until they finally arrived. ari was talking to her girlfriend on discord. meanwhile noah was scrolling through tiktok.

after figuring stuff out with kori for another half an hour, they made it to london, but not the itself house yet. still about another half an hour away.. they decided to stop at a cafe for breakfast since they didnt get to properly eat breakfast earlier. after they ate, they went back into the car -- noah and ari, this time, playing animal crossing new leaf on their 3ds's.

they had finally made it to the house, they had already planned out whos room was whos. they were all the same size, the only difference was the wall colors, as they had hired some painters to paint some of the rooms. ari got the very light lavendar one--meanwhile noah got a nice yellow room. they were both very happy with how their room looked like, all the sadness about leaving their old house faded away as they also had their own bathrooms too. theyve ALWAYS dreamed of getting their own bathroom. their old house had only two bathrooms, one downstairs, and one upstairs. they put their bags down and started organizing their clothes first, noah of course.. trying to organize them in rainbow order, while ari is just going for random as she honestly couldnt care less about organizing them nicely.. they finished pretty quickly and decided to get to know the area by going on a small walk to the beach which was only 5 minutes away.
