After their miraculous escape from Sobeck's trap they had to shelter from the Separatists by some rocks that hid them at least for now.

As soon as the transmission ended, elite droids arrived and began shooting, alerting the clones.

One of the droids was knocked out of the fight by a headshot while the other two were destroyed by a grenade from Rex making the Jedi intervention unnecessary.
