Fujisaki, Nadeshiko-The graceful but somewhat enigmatic former Q-Chair (Queen's Chair), who is the same age as Amu. When Amu rejected the offer to join the Guardians, Nadeshiko tried many ways to convince Amu; One of those was to bribe Amu with photos of Tadase sleeping. She help Amu cook something to give to tadase, She and Amu are bestfriend but study overseas.Nadeshiko is very pretty. Amu even said that Nadeshiko was so beautiful that if she were a guy, she would fall in love with her on first sight. She has dark purple hair that is tied up with ribbons with sakura flowers at the ends. When she Character Changes, two sakura blossom-shaped clips appear in her hair and she attacks with a naginata. As the Queen's chair, she wears the red royal cape, skirt, and brown high boots. She was one of the most popular girls when the boys at Seiyo Academy rated the girls.Nadeshiko practices the art of Japanese dance due to her mother being a teacher. The only times that she has been seen dancing is in Shugo Chara! Episode 9 and Shugo Chara Party! Episode 7. She has also made an official performance once, and has practiced in front of Amu before dancing with Amu. She also seems to excel in domestic skills. When Nadeshiko undergoes Character Change with Temari, Temari says: Chin! Ton! Shan! Nadeshiko gains two cherry blossom-shaped hair clips in her ribbon and becomes more aggressive, starts "speaking" in Hiroshima slang, and attacks with a naginata. In the anime, when Nagihiko Character Changes with Rhythm, he gets blue headphones around his neck as an aspect to this change and becomes more sporty and outgoing. He often says "yeah!" and does a thumbs up side ways; but in doing so, also makes him fall way over his head. When Nagihiko Character Transforms with Rhythm, he becomes an outgoing and athletic character called "Beat Jumper"; a character who is capable of sports and basketball playing. This represents his love for basketball at his own pace. In Chapter 34 (Episode 98 in the anime) Nagihiko remembers the troubles of being a girl which triggers the reawakening of Temari and they undergo a Character Transformation, becoming "Yamato Maihime", representing "his" love for dancing and how it's his choice for him to dance for his heart's content. Yamato Maihime means "Japanese Dancing Princess". According to many expert Shugo Chara fans, Yamato Maihime is in fact very pretty. "Yamato Maihime" can perform a combined attack with Clown Drop called Queen's Waltz. In the anime, she gets two solo attacks Robe of Feathers andDance of the Cherry Blossoms.

Mashiro,Rima-The girl serving as the new Q-Chair. She is a transfer student and the same age as Amu. Rima is a short, cute and beautiful girl with a selfish personality. She is well-liked among male students and disliked by female students, such as Amu. She feigns crying to deceive people. At one point of the manga, while looking for X Eggs with Amu, she Character transforms and destroys one unnecessarily. She is bad at sports.

Her Character Transformation with Kusu Kusu is called "Clown Drop." When she does Character Change she becomes a gag character which she dislikes and is at first laughed at for, and often uses a signature phrase "Bala-Balance" (Balancing Balance) from the Magazine Gag Manga Daiō.

Her Guardian Character, Kusu Kusu, is a clown because she likes stand up comedians, and tries to make her parents laugh at home, because they were always arguing about who raised Rima, although she is unsuccessful. After episode 32 she is seen being together with Amu for P.E.

Later, she opens up to Amu and becomes friends with her. She even teases Amu in episode 34 about her fear of ghosts. Though, she dislikes Nadeshiko the former queen because she heard the Guardians talk about Nadeshiko being Amu's best friend. She also later discovered in Chapter 34 that Nagihiko is actually Nadeshiko. But they team up, and fights the x-eggs.

After when everyone graduates, Rima and the other guardians throw a party and take a picture for best memories.Although Rima is the same age as Amu, she is extremely petite, cold, and has relatively poor athletic ability. Most of the boys in her class admire her because of her beauty and passive personality, while the girls are annoyed by her because of her arrogance. She "fake-cried" when she knew that Nadeshiko was Amu's best friend, though Nagihiko is the only one who can see right through it. Some call her "The Goddess of Comedy".

After seeing how Amu worked hard to cleanse X-Eggs, she began to join in with athletic activities. Slowly, she develops a close relationship with the Guardians. She was nearly kidnapped once, and because of that her parents always worry and take her home everyday after school. This is also what leads to their frequent arguments which often upset Rima and lead them to ignore Rima's well being, despite their arguments being about the other caring more for work than Rima, and ultimately leads to their divorce. This may have also been what has led to Rima's cold personality, as she was shown to smile often and make her parents happy by making funny faces when she was younger before the kidnapping incident. However, after the incident, her parents failed to pay attention to her. This led to her seeking comfort in Kusukusu, who she feels was the only one to listen to her and could confide to in her love of comedy (which conflicted with her appearance) until she joined the Guardians, and started opening up to others with the first being Amu.

Kusukusu has also stated that Rima hates her pretty face and wanted a funny face because she felt if she was born with a funny face instead it would suit her interest in comedy and also help her parents smile when she made funny faces to cheer them up. She also stopped smiling because she was kidnapped for being cute and since then has hated her cute face which looked cuter as she smiled, but this does not prevent her from using her cute face to manipulate others (particularly boys) to do what she wants.Rima has wavy blond hair, with long bangs hidden behind a thin black hair-band with a small ribbon in the middle attached to it, and golden-honey yellow eyes. Her hair is so long that it goes down to her waist. Her cute appearance somehow resembles that of an elegant English lady, and attracts many boys in her class. At first, all the girls hate her because she is attracting almost all the cute boys in class, almost even Tadase .Rima has been seen several times watching comedy, which she and Kusukusu watch and laugh about often. She also often makes silly faces (or used to) to make her mom and dad laugh. When people do gags (such as Bala-Balance) wrong, she gets extremely angry and corrects them. She also makes sarcastic comments when not exactly necessary. She is constantly checking her cell phone to call for servants. When Rima undergoes a Character Change, she will receive green face paint under each eye, the left is the shape of a star, the right in the shape of a teardrop and does the Bala-Balance. By then, she will act like a clown and make funny performances.

Her Character Change can be easily triggered when someone makes an imperfect comedic move, and she aggressively confronts them, telling them how to make it what it requires to be perfect and funny.During Character Transformation, Rima merges with Kusukusu and becomes "Clown Drop". This represents her desire to be as funny as a clown. Rima has been able to Character Transform into "Clown Drop" since before she appeared in Shugo Chara!. She first reveals her Character Transformation in Episode 28 of the anime and Chapter 16 of the manga.Rima's attire resembles a rodeo clown, containing a pink, ruffled dress and red collar. She has a large red bow in the center of her hair, and has white tights and red shoes.Clown Drop can perform Juggling Party with a pair of juggling clubs. Another attack is Tightrope Dancer with her tightropes. She can also perform a combined purification move with Yamato Maihime called "Queen's Waltz".
