I was lying down in my apartment after sending Thor and Loki to Asgard and parting ways from the rest of The Avengers. I was reflecting on the crazy events that had happened in only the past few weeks.
I remembered about all the people that he had met and the battle he had fought. I remembered fighting side by side with Tony and the other Avengers.
I remember flying the missile into the portal. The fear slowly creeping up on me as we climbed closer and closer to the armada. The feelings of anxiety and panic when I started to suffocate. Finally I remembered blacking out right before I fell through the portal.
I collapse onto the ground, hyperventilating and sweating. I stay like that for the next minute until I manage to gather myself and stand up. I head to the bathroom to wash my face off. I look up to see myself. I look like a complete wreck. I mean that's pretty justified considering that up until a few weeks ago I was just a former pilot turned stuntman.

"God damn I look like shit." I say.
I take a minute to try and slow my heart rate before I accidentally activate my powers a burn down my apartment.
"Oh crap i'm supposed to meet with Fury" I exclaim.
I hurriedly dry my face off and rush out of my apartment and fly off in the direction of The Triskelion.

———————————————————————————— I make it to the building after a couple minutes of flying and power down. I run into the building and up to an elevator. Heading to the top floor, I run up to the reception desk.
Gasping for air I say "Hi i'm here to see Nick Fury"
A receptionist answers "And you would be?"
"My name is Y/N Storm"
The receptionist looks down at a calendar next to her before speaking again.
"Ah yes Mr. Storm. You can head right into his office. It's the third door on the left"
