A Pokemon Master in Twisted Wonderland

Lunchtime Scuffles & Dorms

Thanks to Diona's reason ability the group made it to class on time allowing Diona to do a quick team change (for Ace's sake) using her pokemon box link. The first class they had was potions where the teacher: Professor Crewel walked into the classroom, the teacher was wearing a fine suit and a faux fur coat, his hair was both black and white it almost reminded Diona of Zebstrika's color scheme. 

"Ah. You must be my new homeroom students. Hm, that's quite the unusual coat of fur. Do make sure that you arrive properly groomed. My name is Divus Crewel. You may call me Master Crewel." The teacher introduced as everyone started to settle down, Yamper's eyes widened in delight with it's new surroundings but Furfrou nudged the tiny electric puppy to make her calm down. 

"Now, take your seats. Class is about to begin. We're going to start with the basics. And by that, I mean beating the names and distinguishing characteristics of one hundred herbs and poisons into your tiny brains. The mycelia are another matter. But eventually, I'm hopeful you'll be able to take a walk without putting anything poisonous into your gaping maws. For now, I realize you have all the self-control of voracious hounds. But I will not abide a single student failing this class. Expect to be drilled accordingly." Professor Crewel warned as Diona started to look through the textbook provided and recognized some of the plants.

Diona was paired up with Yuu & Grim as Ace & Deuce were paired up, in all honesty Diona had a very bad feeling pairing up 2 of the three one-braincell duo together.

"Huh. So... does anyone know what mycelia is?" Deuce asked as Ace just slumped in his seat.

 "I've never been one for like, memorizing what things are, ya know?" Ace complained as Grim flailed his paws in the air. "All I care about is how to tell the yummy plants from the yucky ones." Grim exclaimed as Diona just shook her head. 

"I wouldn't recommend that Grim. Some poisonous plants look like everyday foods or non-harmful plants, one example is Deadly Nightshade which is the most dangerous plant in the world. Deathly Nightshade looks somewhat like blueberries and has a record for being used in many assassination attempt." Diona explained as Grim shuddered in fear while Yuu looked at her in awe and admiration. 

"You know a lot about plants, Diona." Yuu complemented as Diona looked the other direction feeling a bit shy about the compliment. "Well, I have to thank my Grass type pokemon and my mom for that! They taught me everything about gardening and identifying certain type of plants." Diona responded as she flipped through the textbook to a certain page.

"Ah, Mycelia is known as the vegetative body of fungi: a mass of branching filaments (hyphae) that spread throughout the nutrient substratum. So in other words it's a type of fungus." Diona explained to Deuce as Yamper excitedly jumped into Diona's lap, Furfrou just shook her head as she allowed Yuu & Professor Crewel to pet her.

The second class was Magical History with the teacher: Professor Trein who also had a cat familiar named Lucius next to him. "I am your History of Magic teacher, Mozus Trein and this is my familiar, Lucius. You are here to learn the rich history of magic, and how it has sculpted the world which you now so easily take for granted." The teacher introduced Lucius meowed after his sentence as he was repeating the words.

"I grade based on classroom behavior as well as the quality of work. Don't let me catch you sleeping. Now, let us open our books to page fifteen. This section concerns the magestones discovered in the Dwarfs' Mine. As knowledge and awareness of magical energy began to spread across the globe from this point, this year is considered Year One of the Magic Era." Professor Trein started to explain as Lucius meowed again.

Ace started to yawn as Deuce excitedly followed along while Grim was just growing antsy. "Maaan... When do we get to the classes where we blow stuff up with magic?" Grim exclaimed out loud.
