Baking, Lions, & Egg Shock!

Que to the end of the day where Diona and Yuu were at their dorm grabbing a few items before heading behind campus with their fire cat and the two kids in tow. Ava & Eteru begged their mom to take them on her adventure, Diona couldn't resist their puppy eyes and agreed only if the twins would stick next to her and Yuu which the agreed on. 

Ava grabbed a backpack and a small camera as Eteru grabbed a small sketchbook and a pencil since the two wanted to take some observations of the plants in the greenhouse and compare it to the plants back home. Diona smiled at her kids curistory as they headed out of the dorm.

The gang changed into some comfy clothes before they left the dorm allowing Sylveon and Mew to lead the way while the shiny alolan Vulpix were walking right next to the teens as Eevee was sitting on Ava's shoulders. Grim was sitting on top of  Yuu's head causing Eteru and Ava to giggle as Eevee tried batting at Grim's tail.

The gang spotted Ace and Deuce in the distance causing Ava & Eteru to hide behind their mother due to their shyness. Deuce asked about the two kids as Diona introduced them causing the kids to peak out from behind their mom, Ace was about the comment something but the glare from Diona's Eevee made him keep his mouth shut.

"Whoa! There really are a ton of chestnuts just layin' around. I'm gonna be livin' large on chestnut tarts! Mmm!" Grim exclaimed as he looked at the supposed infinite amount of chestnut trees.

"Let's get grabbin!" Grim attempted to grab the chestnuts with his bare paws but Diona tried warning him. "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

"YOWCH! Myah! The chestnut spines pricked my paws!" Grim yelled as he retracted his paw causing Ava to take the injured paw and remove the thorn and apply some pressure with some cotton to stop the bleeding. 

"That's a lesson put into play, never judge a book by it's cover." Yuu stated as he cross his arms and shaked his head. 

"I don't think we can do this with our bare hands. And we need something to put them in, too." Deuce said as he closely looked at the Chestnut trees.

"I don't think mine or my sis's bags are big enough to hold the chestnuts..." Eteru said quietly as he looked at his bag causing Yuu to ruffle his hair.

"Maybe we can find some supplies in the botanical garden?" Ace asked out loud causing Diona to look in his direction. "It may be worth the look." 

The gang headed to the botanical garden where they were met with the sight of a ton of flowers and trees causing Diona to get some nostalgic of home. 

"Whoa, I didn't realize this place was so huge." Ace commented as the group looked around.

"If it's this large, it's got to have a groundskeeper. Let's split up and look." Deuce suggested.

"Sure. Dibs on the right side." Ace called.

"Then how about I go left." Deuce suggested.

"We'll go straight ahead." Diona stated as Ava & Eteru tugged on Diona's pant's leg. "Can we go explore with them?" The kids asked their mom as Diona's eyes softened. "Oh, alright..."
