I've come across a person of interest you might want to mention to Mr. Stephanotis. This person's name is Harald Phillipson and works in the engineering department at the naval base. He's a very private fellow and pretty much walks about in a daze, if he's ever out in public which is seldom. He's been an engineer for the navy for the past 35 years and is continuously working on several projects at once for them. A true genius.
His manner has altered over the past few months. His eyesight is said to be failing and he fears being 'Discarded'. His exact word! And he has also developed a nervous condition of scratching the top of his right hand, like he's trying to dig something out of it!
He is out on psychiatric evaluation as of yesterday at the psychiatric hospital here in Leiden. If I were able to contact Mr. Stephanotis myself, I would. I think he's the only one who can help. Just wished I had thought of it sooner.
Grandmother Violet has been the only known Sicard to survive. Maybe, just maybe, we can somehow save Harald Phillipson, too.
