Skin (and "flesh"): Different kinds of rock, it's kind of random as well, but the softer kinds are more common.
Blood: Oil
Names: First name; kind of rock their skin is (ex. Diorite) Middle name; type of rock that is (ex. Igneus) Last name; family's last name.
Edibles: whatever moss or plants might be growing.
Drinks: Lave, Magma (SiO2)
Origin: They were on the planet (Hecashi) before it crashed into Earth (Which got water to Earth and all of that boring stuff before the debris floated back up and made the moon). So they were now on the moon, or leftovers of Hecashi.
Experiment Gone Wrong: In order to survive another collision, he attempted to alter their DNA to better survive on Earth, but after the experiment failed, they just tossed the scraps to Earth, and without them noticing, turned into Gorillas, and slowly over the millennia, they got closer and closer back to their DNA again...creating humans. (btw the Hecatians are somehow able to understand all human languages as if it's their own, and vice versa.)
The Human Invasion: Because of the time difference, Neil Armstrong was actually on the Moon for a lot longer than humans thought. King Obsidian took him in, and hey became good friends...that is until the humans attacked them and stole the precious crystal-containing bracelets, and killing the Brave King Obsidian, successfully breaking their trust, and the Hecatians, scared for their safety, now live underground where they won't be found. Unfortunately it wasn't the humans like they thought, but a clan of rogue Triants, an alien race of shape-shifters that only wants to cause chaos and take over the known universe. Too bad it didn't help that the humans accidentally sent a nuke towards them in 2030 or so...
