You and Strange landed on a roof to scope out where the boom came from. "Look over there." Strange said pointing into the distance. You turned to look at where he was pointing.
"Broken window, closed bank." You started. "Robbery. Just as I suspected."
You snuck towards the bank window. "Do you see anything?" You said the Strange through your headset.
"Nope. You're in the green love." He said your heart exploded at the word 'love' You started blushing. You snapped out of this trance and snuck through the broken window. "Right, I'm inside." You said.
"Yes. I know, I have eyes." He said sarcastically.
"Alright grumpy." You said.
"Can we concentrate please?"He said, slightly agitated.
"Okay." You said. You proceeded to sneak through the bank.
You arrived at the vault. "There are people inside the vault." You said.
"Okay. Be careful." Strange said.
"They used explosives clearly."You said. You snuck towards that vault. You heard talking inside.
"Haha. I got more money than you." One of the robbers said.
"It's not a competition." The other one said.
"I mean, it could be." You said. "They're always fun." You said smirking.
They shot at you. You put up a force field. The bullets stopped centimetres from your face. You took down the force field and they fell to the floor. You waved your hand and the robbers were pushed against the wall and knocked out.
You heard rapid footsteps running up behind you.You turned around. Sent out an energy pulse. You sent Strange flying towards the stairs. "Oh my god Stephen." You said running towards him. He was blacked out. You picked him up with your powers and woke him up.
"What the fuck just happened?" He said clutching the back of his head in pain.
"I'm so sorry." You said tears swelling up in your eyes.
"What happened?" He repeated. "What did you do?"
"I used my chaos magic and pushed into the staircase and knocked you out." You said, tears streaming down your face. "I'm sorry. Please believe me. I love you so much."
"I'm sorry Y/N but I think we need sometime apart." He said. Your heart skipped a beat. "I love you too. But I need a break."
"Please don't." You said stuttering, tears stinging your eyes. "Please don't leave Stephen."
"I'm sorry Y/N." Stephen said, opening a portal, walking through it and leaving.
