It isn't new to him to be told by someone she loves him in spite of his chosen life. But this woman inside the next compartment of the confessional booth is the first-ever who confessed her feeling like it's the worst crime a soul could ever commit.
He felt those invincible wounded emnotions she is carrying deep within. He couldn't respond because for him the altar and every sacred thing above it defined the reason for his being. But what if his next encounters with this girl were his only salvation from the sacrament he is bound to lose?
