"What?" I whispered to myself. I think Instagram just had a moment with itself, why on earth would Jack be liking pictures from 3 weeks ago? Wait, why is he liking pictures of me at all?

I just threw my phone back onto my bed so I could actually do my homework. After doing homework for about an hour, I get into my comfy clothes and throw my hair up into a messy bun and head downstairs for dinner. "Mom?" I guess she has gone to work. She has to work everyday because she is a nurse so I have to make dinner for myself most nights. I just get a pot noodle since there isn't anything to eat, we need to do the weekly shop. Once it's done I head back upstairs and eat it. After I ate it I just scroll on Tik Tok until I get another notification from Instagram.

*BJ2022 Wants to send you a message*

"Who is this?" I say to myself clicking on the message.

"Hi.." The message reads

"Hello?" I send back. "Who is this?"

"Jake" He types back.

"Hi Jake ig."

"Hey Aria and before you think i'm a stalker for knowing your name I've see u in school." Okay what is going on?

"Ok so how come I have no clue who you are..." I type back quickly.

"Idk how to answer that one..."

"What do u want anyway..."

"Just to tell you you're beautiful and really pretty and you have an amazing personality. thats all I gotta go now cya Aria" What the hell?

"Im not but thx ig cya jake..."

What on earth just happened?

*In the morning*

My alarm goes off at 7:00, so I have to get up to get ready for school. I put a dress on because it's a nice day. I get a message from Jake saying good morning which makes me happy. I leave the house at 7:40 to get my bus. When I arrive at school I see Ava and I have to tell her all about this Jake guy. I don't bother telling her about Jack because she'd just call me crazy.

"And he just messaged you randomly?" She asks.

"Yes." I say laughing. We walk to our lockers so we can get our things out for our lessons.

"Ava come on." I hear Ava's boyfriend call out to her.

"See you in class Aria." She say's as she runs to join her boyfriend and his mates. My phone pings when I get a message from Jake.

"Love the dress you look beautiful." I look around to see who might have sent the message but there is so many people in the hallway on their phones.

"thanks.." I send before heading to my lesson.

"Nope." I see a tall figure stand in my way.
