Y/Ns POV
"Monty. I'm going to the bathroom, you don't need to follow me." I told him while slapping my head. "I told you I'm not letting you out of my sight. You agreed that it would be fine." He argued back crossing his arms. I sighed and looked up at him. "Fine but your staying out here. I don't need people thinking your that much a perv." I said slightly giggling. "Rude but fine." He huffed as he leaned against the wall next to the women's restroom door. "Thank you body guard." I leaned up to kiss his cheek and went inside.
Yes it's been a few days now. I haven't been able to perform again yet but I help around and still greet kids with Monty while dressed up. Monty kept his promise of not letting me go anywhere alone. It's sweet and all but it gets slightly annoying. I know he's just trying to look after me and all but there's nothing to worry about.
Me and Monty were walking around gator golf when a voice called my name from behind. "Hey y/n!" I turn around and I'm met with a friendly face. "Holly! How you been?" We hugged each other and she looked up at me. "I've been good! How about you? I came to check up on ya." She asked with worry. "Oh I'm fine don't worry!" Before she can continue we hear a growl from behind me. "Heh hold on." I tell her and turn around. "What's up Monty?" He fixes his gaze onto me and smiles. "Nothing. Who you talking to?" He asked. "Oh that's Holly! She's my friend that works up front. You don't mind if I go take a break with her right?" Monty narrowed his eyes at her then back to me. "I'm coming with." I sighed but smiled. "Fine let me ask if she's okay with that." I go back to Holly who was waiting patiently. "We can go take a break together if you got time?" She beams at this. "Yes I got time!" I smile and she grabs my arm. "Is it okay if Monty comes? He's been a bit worried about me." She looks up at the gator then back to me. "Uhh sure." She agrees dragging us along to a food counter.
Montys POV
Once we got dragged away by this short worker all I could do was keep an eye around for anyone that's getting a little to close to y/n. She seems to trust this 'Holly' girl so I guess she's okay. She's a bit to preppy if you ask me.

The whole break it seems Holly has been trying to get y/n with her alone. She might not like my company with them but oh well. I don't exactly care what they're talking about unless they mention something important. "Monty?" I look to y/n who snapped me out of my head. "Yes doll?" She smiles up at me and points to the Ice cream place along the way. "Do you mind if I get up to get ice cream? You don't have to follow me. You can see me from here." She asks smiling up at me. I look at the ice cream place and the line that's inside then look back at my girl. "Okay fine. Just this once because I can see you." She smiles wider, pats my hand and gets up running with her friend. "Thanks! Be back in a few!" She shouted as she left. I sighed and kept my eye on her the entire time. I'm not letting her get hurt anymore.
Y/Ns POV
Me and Holly go to the Ice cream line. "Does he always follow you like this?" She asks in a less cheery voice. I look back at Monty who's already staring at me, then look back to Holly. "He does now. He's just scared that I'm going to get hurt." I explain. "Are you guys like a thing or something?" I tense up at her question and quickly look away. "N-no! We're just good friends that's all. I uh- I have my eye I someone else anyways that's not a robot." I spit out the fist lie that came to mind. Even though it was a lie, I felt guilty for saying that. "Oh really!? Ooh who is it?! Who is it?!" She asked again with enthusiasm making me laugh nervously. "Oh there's this cute boy that works the counter at a diner near my apartment." I keep the lie up to make it believable. "No way! You gotta ask for his number!" She rambled with more questions and how I should make a move and blah blah. I didn't really pay attention anymore.
We just got our ice cream and went back to the table. I was hoping she would quit talking about the imaginary guy I made up by the time we got back to Monty but she didn't and I can slightly hear Montys tail humping in anger about it. I pat and hold his hand under the table to help him keep calm and to tell him it's just a lie. Hoping he gets the message.

The day was finally over! The kids were so cute and asking why I was wearing Montys glasses. I told them I was matching him and stuff like that. One kid actually asked me if i was Montys girlfriend. I didn't mind telling a little kid that i was because parents will just think it's their imagination running wild. It made me happy talking with the little kids about me and Monty.
Anyways, I was helping Monty clean his course. I was organizing the golf balls by color when a shadow casts over me. "Hey my swamp puppy." I say with a smile, turning to him. But he didn't return the smile. His arms are crossed and he huffed smoke out of his nose. "What was that girl talking about earlier? You looking cute with this other guy?" He asked with a low snarl. I gulp and look him in the eyes. "You know that was a lie right? I had to create a fake person to get her off our backs." I try to explain but he just scrunched his nose, showing his teeth in annoyance. "What's the harm in letting employees know? I don't care anymore." He said sounding a little hurt, making my heart ache. "Monty...you know we can't do that. If people know, I can get fired and you'll be reset. We don't want that happening right?" I asked nicely, slowly grabbing his hand. "If they try to pull anything like that, I'll just threaten them. They're all scared of me. We can use that against them! I just don't want others thinking your still on the market and its a better way to protect you." He protests. I slightly smile. "Can't do that babe. They'll just scrap you at that point and I wouldn't be able to live with myself of they did that. But thank you for trying to be brave. The only people that need to know are me, you, and the others." I explain hugging him. He hugs me back and sighs. "Your right. I'm sorry for getting mad for no reason." He says quietly making me chuckle. "It's alright I get it. Your just protective of your property, I would be mad too if another girl tried to take you. Just know I only love you." I assured him. He slipped his hands under my thighs and lifted me up to him so I wrap my legs around him. He kisses all along my neck making me giggle then finally kisses my lips. "I only love you too." He says back. We stay like that for a minute before he walks back to his room so we can cuddle before I leave for the night.
No ones POV
"Can we get her alone?" The deep raspy voice asked. The person looked down. "No sir. That gator is following her around. He seems to take a liking to her, maybe a little to much. He won't let her go anywhere without him being by her side." The person explained making the dark voice groan in disappointment. "Ugh! Fine. I only needed the girl but if the gator won't back off we'll take him down too." The person nodded to the instructions as the voice continued. "Try to lead them both here or if you can get her alone, the better. I don't need that stupid robot getting in the way." The voice seethed. "Yes sir but if the bot comes with, what shall we do with him?" The voice laughed. "Oh don't worry about that. I'll take care of him." The person smiled wide and skipped off.
Y/Ns POV
I left Montys room, waving him goodbye as I made my way to the exit. But Before I could reach the door..."Hey! Your Montys handler right?" I turn around and see the security guard that one night I called in for Monty. She had her long blonde hair in a ponytail and dark green eyes. "Oh hey! Yeah I am, sorry I know I'm a little off the clock but I'm leaving now don't worry." I explained before I got in trouble. "I'm Vanessa, nice to formally meet you. It's alright I'm glad you actually stayed, the boss wanted me to pass on a message." She also explained as I shook her hand. "Nice to meet you too, I'm y/n." She nodded snd continued. "Well anyways Mark wanted me to say you can start performing again whenever your ready and he also wanted to talk to you this weekend I don't know what about though." I slightly panicked inside, questioning myself what he wanted to talk about but I just smiled at her. "Oh okay. Thanks for letting me know!" I smiled at her and she nodded. "Well ill let you go rest up now. See ya." She said walking away, I waved and made my way home. 'Hopefully it's nothing to important.' I thought before crashing into my bed and drifting to sleep.

Heyyy! Hope everyone is having a great summer so far! I made a plan to update a chapter on both stories at the same time so it'll be easier to keep track of but I won't plan exact days I'll update because km very forgetful and I also travel a lot over the summer so yeah. Anyways hope you guys are enjoying it so far, I got big plans and possibly two endings. Don't worry, we aren't near the end yet I'm just sayinggg! Im also struggling to name the chapters so if anyone has ideas to help name the unnamed chapters later on, ill gladly take suggestions, thanks! :) ♡
