Y/Ns POV

I woke up to a bright light and white room. There were beeps and distant voices. I blinked a few times to regain my sight. I was in a hospital bed, with a breathing tube in my nose and two IVs in each of my arms. I slowly moved my head to look around the room until my eyes spotted two people asleep in chairs next to my bed. One of them being my brother and the other I haven't talked to them much but I'm glad she was there to look out for me.

I smile. "Ant....Holly..." I whisper towards their sleeping forms. "Holly. Anthony." I say a little louder and they move around. "Ant? Holly?" I ask one more time and they open their eyes. "y/n!" They both cried. "Your awake! Oh thank god I was so worried!" Ant said as he hugged me first then Holly rushed over and hugged me too. "I'm so glad your okay!" She expressed. "Hold on I'll call the doctor." Ant rushed out of the room and came back in with a doctor. "Ah y/n. Glad to see your awake. How are you feeling?" I look at the tall brown haired guy that walled into the room. "I'm in pain but I'm feeling okay I guess." He writes down on his notepad and comes over to me. "Do you remember what happened?" I try to recall how I got here but shook my head. "Hm. Normal reaction to this situation that's okay, you'll remember later on." He said writing down more things. "Well Ms. l/n...I'm sorry to say but you were poisoned. It was a poison called strychnine. It is a white, odorless, bitter crystalline powder that can be taken by mouth, inhaled, or mixed in a solution and given intravenously. Strychnine is a strong poison; only a small amount is needed to produce severe effects in people." He explained.
(Not me actually doing my research just for this💀 the only things that arent real with taking this poision is the coughing blood, eye sensitivity, and being unconscious for days. Just added that for the story.)
My eyes widened, who would want to poison me? "It did have a few effects on your body, such as making you cough and loose a lot of blood. When the poison was consumed im guessing your eyes went blurry. Because of that your eyes are going to be a bit sensitive to light for maybe a year before it starts to wear off. Your stomach has weakened also so try to stay away from any spicy, hot, or sour foods. Finally, your muscles have weakened a bit as well, so keep yourself from working out and stuff like that. Though otherwise you'll be okay. You can still live normally just live cautiously. As you can see we have you hooked up to a bag of blood of your type and a bag of IV fluid to help rehydrate you and get all the poison out of your system. It did take a while that's why you've been unconscious for the past four days but we knew you would be waking up sooner or later." I nod along, taking and processing everything he's saying. I can't believe I've been out for four whole days. "We did contact your only relative once we got you stable and a friend showed up not to long after." He finished and I nodded. "Thank you doctor. Do you know when I'll be able to leave?" I ask. "Yes, you'll be clear to leave tomorrow morning. We're going to keep you for the rest of tonight just incase."
(Fun fact: Doctors actually call the clear fluid IV fluid because its mixed with so many different things that they don't know an actual name to call it. This fluid actually is used to rehydrate your body or to wash anything toxic out of your blood stream. I've had to many hospital visits...lmao)
I nod. "Alright I think that's all. Any questions before I bring the nurse in to check vitals?" He asks looking at all three of us. We all said no and he left.

The nurse came in a second later to check my vitals then left. "Sooo.... does anyone know what happened?" I asked breaking the silence. "Once I was called I rushed here as fast as I can. I saw her here once I arrived and thanked her for being here. After the doctor came and said you would be awake in a few days I went to the Plex and talked to your-" before he could finish I gave him a look to not say 'boyfriend' because Holly was here. Thankfully he got the message. "....friends to see if they knew what happened. Monty said you were resting after a show and woke up to food and drinks that someone put there saying it was from him. Then he said a few minutes later you started coughing up blood and passed out. The others confirmed and said they called the hospital." He finished his story but the memory was still foggy. I then looked to Holly. "How did you know I was here?" I asked. "I was working a merch counter near by the entrance once I saw Freddy, Roxy, and Chica huddle at the front with an ambulance. I didnt question at first, i thought another kid hurt themselves again and needed to go but then i heard Monty yelling at people to move out of the way and running towards the ambulance with you covered in blood in his arms. I panicked and tried to get in the ambulance with you but by the time I got through the crowd they were down the street so I quickly got in my car to follow it to make sure you would be okay. Once I got here they were hooking you up to everything and then your brother showed up and I told him what I knew." She explained and I nodded and smiled. "Thanks guys. I really appreciate it." They hugged me again. "No problem we're just happy your okay." Holly said with Anthony nodding along. "How's everyone back at the plex?" Holly and my brother look at each other for a second before looking back at me. "It closed down for the week for investigation and interrogations. The gang is a bit down and very worried for your health. They got scared once I told them you would be unconscious for a few days and what the doctor said. Shit, even the daycare attendant cared. You got a lot of people worried about you." Ant said and I giggled. "Well ill be fine. Ive been through a lot and this is just another bump in the road." I chuckled trying to lighten the mood a bit. "Well you guys can leave if you want. I don't want to take up your time, it's boring here." Both Holly and my brother quickly shook their heads. "No! We aren't leaving your side till your out of the hospital." Holly exclaimed with worry. I sighed knowing either of them werent going to leave. "At least leave to get yourselves food and stuff." They sighed and nodded. "We'll be back in a few." I waved as they left.
