Luscious's pov
I was setting this new club up for Cookie. I want her too see I can be the father of her child again. I never forgot she was pregnant. I want to show her I can be the man she wants. I'm better for her than any other man. Then Cookie walked in my office. When I looked her all I heard was her screams from last night when we having sex. "LUSCIOUS!!!" Cookie yelled clapping her hands at me.

"Sorry what was that?" I asked.

"I said what are we gonna do about the baby? It's been a month and we can't keep doing this." Cookie said.

"What do you mean this?" I asked.

"I mean we can't keep breaking up then making up like this.We have another kid on the way." Cookie said.

"Well what do you want to do Cookie? You know it's both of our faults. We have too much pride to admit when someone's wrong. When we get mad at the other we do something to hurt each other and you know it." I said. I was referring to when she lied saying she didn't love me. She didn't answer.

"Why are you pushing this club so bad? Why do you want it to be such a success?" Cookie asked.

"You. Your the next reason I'm stepping my game up." I said.

"Why?" She asked.

"Because you are the only thing that keeps me motivated. Like you said we have a baby coming so I don't want to fuck any chances I have with you up. 1 month down 8 left to go." I said. "Cookie I want you so bad. Can we just please start fresh because I'm tired of this petty bullshit."

"Fine Luscious but if you even think, talk, look, text, call, like a picture of a friend who happens to be a girl I'm coming after your ass and I won't go easy on you this time." Cookie said.

"Okay Cookie." I said. Veron walked in my office.

"Am I interupting something?" He asked.

"No I was just leaving." Cookie said. She winked at me and shook her hips leaving. I stared at her ass when she was leaving. I bit my lip and she closed the door.

"Luscious you okay there buddy?" Veron asked. "Your staring at Cookie like she's antelope and your gonna attack that."

I laughed,"Damn you have no idea. I need you to buy an engagement ring."

"What for? Ain't that why you got Anika's ring for?" Veron asked.

"One she never gave me it back, two Anika's dead, and three if I'm going to marry Cookie again I doubt she'd be wearing the ring I gave to Anika. I know Cookie." I said.

"Okay well just becareful wit that one. She may look be a bad bitch and don't you let her beauty fool you. She'll go from 0-100 real quick." He said.

"Trust me you can only make that mistake once." I said. I thought of the way she came in the room when Anika was on me. I rubbed my shoulder where she shot me that day. I know it sounds weird but she looked sexy asf when she snapped Anika's neck. I don't know I guess I love em ghetto.

"I know." He said. He left my office and I called Becky into my office.

"Becky can you please go get Cookie." I said.

"Okay but can I ask why?" Becky asked.

"No just go get her." I said.

Cookie's pov
I was Hakeem, and Jamal in the booth room. "Is there something between you and dad going on?" Hakeem asked.

"You really want to me answer that question Keem?" I asked.

"Ew yall nasty." Jamal said.

"That's all you need to know." I said. Then Becky came in the room.
