Chapter 31 Recap: An arcade machine appears after GBP & D4DJ ALL STARS leaves. Star Dreamers and Orthros enter the arcade machine and end up in Neon's World. They thought it was all normal until Michiru sees a crowd of people in the bridge. The Star Dreamers head to the bridge to investigate and see Neon and some familiar faces in here. Neon tells them that Central District is hosting "D4FES -Started New World-." Because of this, they perform songs for D4FES alongside with Neon's song. After all that was done, CarlosYT gets a text message from Retrospecter about Izzurius. What is Izzurius up to?

Neon: Here goes, let's break out of this world!
Neon starts to use Ultra-Lazer EX to get out of Neon's world.
Everyone alongside Neon is teleported to an Arcade.

Heidi: This is the Arcade of Brawl for sure.

Heidi: The Lost City?!
Renri: I'm sure that's Izzurius location. So let's go.
Everyone else: Right.
Everyone heads to the city of Somi.

Mashiro: I never knew this place existed.
Clarte: I'm sure this is the place the Scremamel Tower project begun.
Kaito: Huh?! How the hell did you know of the project?
