Mistrare: Hmm, seems like an odd location.
Orthros: (If they execute it, it's high likely something will happen.
Michiru: One candidate found! Let's infiltrate Daikare's Government!

Neon: So, all we know is that this place serves as some sort of barrier that prevents people from leaving.
