Mashiro: Clarte, Khazard, Mistrare... Are you all seeing this?
Khazard: That wasn't me who froze that building.
Clarte: I don't specialize in freezing buildings.

The four head towards the direction of the frozen building and the city becomes more frozen as they head deeper.
