I sat in the corner of the room, shaking and sobbing. I've just been so overwhelmed lately. I heard my door creak but thought nothing about it until I heard footsteps coming towards me.
"Baby are you alright? " My girlfriend Concerningly asked.
I glanced up at her and placed my head back into my hands, trying to dry the tears. I don't want my girlfriend to see me cry.
"Y-yeah I'm fine" I respond, still with my head buried into my hands.
"Baby, you don't have to lie. Please, tell me what's wrong Love. " She begged.
She grabbed both of my hands and sat in front of me.
"I just can't take it anymore" I trembled.
"What can't you take anymore?" She questioned.
I stared up at her and pulled her into my lap, burying my head into her neck in the process.
"You wanna go cuddle?" She requested.
"Yeah" I answered.
She stood up and grabbed my hand, offering assistance.
"Thank you" I said, pulling myself up. I wrapped my hands around her waist, pulling her into my arms, and not letting go.
"Come on" She laughed.
She dragged me over to my bed and laid down, yanking me on top her.
"Lay down" She demanded.
I could feel my fears and pains faint away as she brushed the strands of hair with her hand, running her long fingers into my scalp. I could feel myself gently dozing off into her arms.
