Aria POV
"Why can't we just kill him already so he won't bother me like this again" i complain referring to worm man as we are walking to the direction of the tree where i tied him up with soul smoke
" Can't you hear yourself? Aria you're talking about killing someone what did we taught you about this? "
" I didn't give their life, I don't have any right to take it"
" Darling Keep that on mind ok? Even if the strongest storm came, you shall not decide whether they're gonna live or die"
" What do you mean strongest storm?" I asked confused watching her look up smiling to her self giving me confusion
"Nothing darling, if one day I'll be gone will you promise me to keep that to yourself?"
"What's going on with the conclusions of you dying? It's not a good reference in giving me advices" i said quietly kicking the floor
" Just promise me"
" Promises are meant to be broken"
" Aria"
" Fine, i promise but i can't assure you that I'll keep it" i said with a heavy sigh and she just nodded
We finally arrived at the tree surrounded by guards and soldiers trying to remove the smoke
"Uhm" i cleared my throat and they all removed their hands and positioned to bow on us
"Czarina Aria..I the head soldier and head protector of the cynfael is requesting you with all due respect to release the cynfael" a man says bowing Infront of us
"Whats with the formality?" I said trying to stop my self from laughing and they all looked at each other
I just waved my hand and the smoke banished releasing the cynfael. I turn around but this prince keep on calling me
"Where are you going my love?"
"Call me that again and I'll suffocate you"
"Aria" my mother mumbled
"I'm going to my friend , now can i leave??????"
"For sure my love but I think you might need my protection"
" Didn't u just can't escape a smoke?"
He was just about to talk again but i rolled my eyes and turn around waving my hand
I got directly in the garden to see tasha just standing there looking like she's thinking about something deeply
"Tasha?" I said getting her attention while holding up my gown trying to walk faster
"Are you ok?" I asked concerned and she just nodded
"C'mon what's bothering you?" I asked hitting her playfully with my shoulder
"The prophecy" she said not looking at me and my mood quickly change
"How did you know?" I asked quietly
"So it's true?"
"You said I'm not a bad person, do you think it is?" I asked with a pounding heart and literally holding back tears trying to not look fragile
"How am i supposed to know?"
"Exactly"
"What do you mean?" She asked confused leaning closer to me
