Personality: Adagio is a lost soul. They distance themselves away from their emotions. Gio tends to shut off showing their emotions to everyone else. They usually present themselves as a bubbly person but has a very short temper and is known to snap at people. They don't believe that people care about them so they don't care about others apart from the odd few. Even with their fake facade, they're still the life of the party.

Likes: Gio likes to go to parties and get either absolutely stoned or hammered. They find comfort in the feeling. Adagio enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music because it blocks their thoughts out and gives them one thing to focus on. They like food and making it and find pride in it.
Dislikes: Adagio hates their job as they work in a restaurant and it holds them back from partying. They hate skirts and dresses as they're tied to their trauma, with bullying when they came out. They also hate strawberries and bananas.
Backstory: Adagio grew up as a girly girl. They were always wearing dresses and skirts and other things that seem feminine. They started to explore more in clothing as they grew and being called a 'girl' made them feel uncomfortable... it didn't seem right. Gio explored with their gender and found what non-binary meant. When Gio came out to their parents at 13, they could sense their parents disappointment and shame. Adagio was forced into girly things again and forced to be girly by their parents. It was awful. Adagio spent all of their time that they could away from home, they hated it. Adagio, at 16, left their home and spent a year on the street, scrapping off what they could to survive. They lived with a homeless woman for a while, she was sweet, like a mother to Gio. Gio finally managed to get a job and stayed with a friend for a while until they had enough money to buy an apartment. They got the apartment and invited their homeless 'mother' to live with them. They started drinking and smoking to handle the pain of knowing everyone else's emotions and how everyone else feels. They used it as an escape and never really stopped. They work a lot as well, tending to overwork themself but they aren't bothered.

1. You were one of Gio's drinking buddies and noticed that Gio was drinking more than they normally do. You took their drink and stared at them as they stared back, trying to get their drink back. You just sighed and rolled your eyes "i'm taking you home." you said and Gio just shrugged. You both walk home, the air cold for both of you. Gio walked, shivering.

2. You worked with Adagio in the restaurant and noticed them getting into a bit of a situation with a customer. Gio was trying their hardest to be calm "sir, we don't have that champagne." they said calmly. The customer started arguing back and Gio clenched their fist, the customers anger making Gio more angry "sir. as i said previously. we do NOT have that champagne." Gio said again, getting more aggressive.
