Florida x Alaska

Cold,cold,cold. That's all the sunshine state could think of. How cold it was. He was standing in the middle of the Arctic shivering. Florida finally decided to take the challenge in seeing whether or not he could last a day down in the cold with Alaska. Alaska was standing not too far from him laughing, unable to hold it in. Watching the warmer state struggle in the cold was amusing.
"Aw what's wrong sunshine are you a little cold" the bigger state teases as he watches the other "you know I would have thought you least have the brain to bring a coat." He said
"S-Shut it A-Alaska" the other struggles to say to the other as Alaska falls to the ground laughing. Florida rolls his eyes and directs his eyes away from Alaska. What Florida doesn't see though is that as soon as he looks, Alaska is studying his body movements. Watching breathing, looking at his skin, making sure he isn't dying in this cold. He likes to make fun of the warmer state but Alaska had the biggest soft spot for him.
Once the other had made sure Florida was okay he went back to teasing him "why don't you make me" Alaska said knowing there wasn't much for the smaller state to do. "You know just admit I was right and this can all be over" Florida shook his head
"N-No w-way" Florida took a step toward to hit the other but slid and fell in the snow. Alaska laughed even harder as he watched. He saw Florida's breathing getting slower and his shivering getting worse. That's when Alaska called it off. He disappears and reappears with a big fuzzy blanket he wraps Florida up and picks him up bridal style and appears in the statehouse. He carries Florida to
his bedroom seeing as it was warmer than alaska's own. He sits on the bed holding Florida against his chest and sighed
"You're so stubborn you could have just admitted it" he said
Florida smiled "and miss how soft you are no way" he said while snuggling into Alaska's chest. Alaska smiled and shook his head as he cuddles the other eventually falling asleep
A little while later Louisiana comes looking for his best friend. He opens the door "Mais sha you in here" he asks as he sees the pair on the bed. He takes a picture and sends it to everyone no one would believe the loner state was cuddling Florida
