Chapter 9 Start

Johnny walked to his car, Jessica right behind him going to her own. "John, I don't want you staying with that demon. It's not good for you," Jessica spoke, Johnny sighed opening the door to his car.
"Give me time Jess, I need to figure out my life first before I jump into legal stuff with Mom," Jess sighed looking at Johnny, she moved away from her car giving Johnny one final hug.
"Okay fine. Call me if you ever need anything, I can help you." Johnny smiled, nodding as he got into his car. He waved good bye to Jessica before leaving the driveway of the Suh residence. When he got back on the road he almost immediately started speeding back to Taeyong's house.

When Johnny arrived at the house he saw another car in the driveway. Taeyong basically flew out the door when Johnny pulled into the driveway, "Oh my god John, are you okay? Ten told me something with your mom was going down." Johnny smiled.
"Yes Yong, I'm fine. Jessica and my mom got into a huge argument, mom did her usual 'throw stuff first, drink and talk later'. Y'know how it is," Taeyong grimaced, pulling Johnny into a hug. Johnny hugged Taeyong back with as force as the younger gave Johnny.
"When Ten told me about you just bolting I thought your mom was trying to do send you somewhere again," Taeyong blurted, a sad look on his face as he pulled away from the hug. Johnny shook his head, giving Taeyong a look of sympathy.
"No, that wasn't the case. It was far much worse, I swear if I hadn't got there in time I swear she might have killed Jessie." Taeyong shook his head, disappointed at Johnnys mom' behavior. "But i'm glad I did bolt out like that. Now jessie is trying to get me out of living there. I know i'm an adult and I can live elsewhere but where? I can't live with you, you have the twins and Jaehyun." Taeyong nodded, the wrapped up their sentimental moment leaving the driveway making it into the house.
"You okay?" Jaehyun asked as soon as they entered the house. Johnny nodded, "Good, can't have the twin' favorite uncle getting hurt." Johnny chuckled, grabbing Jaehyuns shoulder.
Ten came into the room soon after, one of the twins in his arms. "Oh my god, Johnny. Sorry i called Jaehyun and Taeyong early, I just thought that it would be better if they knew." Ten put Myunchan in their toy cage. "He couldn't sleep." He explained to the parents who had looks on their faces seeing the baby awake.
"It's fine Ten, it's probably good that you called them. I need to get out of that house for good and inherit the company as fast as I can," Taeyong agreed, sitting down at the kitchen island a cup of what appears to be water in front of him. "do you think we could talk to your mom into helping us out?" Johnny asked Taeyong.
"I mean she would say yes, but I don't know how she would be able to help. Unless you have concrete evidence against your mom on the crazy shit she's done to you, your sister and the company." Johnny smiled at the 3 people before him.
"I definitely have evidence against what she's done to me and Jessica. But it'll a little difficult to get the evidence on the company, i'll see what I can do." Johnny said, Taeyong nodded.
"Just be careful, we all know what your moms capable of. There's a reason she's one of the most feared woman in Korea." Johnny gave Taeyong a reassuring face, telling him he'll be fine.
Jaehyun and Taeyong left soon after the conversation ended between them all, taking their baby to his room so he could sleep. leaving Johnny and Ten alone in the kitchen. "Hey John, I know this probably wont be helpful, but I have an apartment not too far from here. You could stay there until everything with your mom gets settled and you can get on your feet." Ten suggested, Johnny smiled and quietly thanked Ten.
"Thank you, but I can't. Ten that's your space, and I don't want to intrude." Ten slapped Johnnys arm.
"Johnny I do not care, you are going through something so unbelievably bad, you need this. I sleep at my parents sometimes too, and there's more than one bedroom. So by all means Johnny, stay at my apartment." Johnny couldn't say no, the look on Ten's face was so welcoming and warm and he could tell Ten only wanted the best for Johnny and what he has been going through.
"Alright, let me get my stuff first."

It was almost like clockwork how fast Johnny moved in. Within the first 3 hours of moving his stuff, almost his entire oom was inside of Tens apartment. "I can't thank you enough. You're really saving my ass by doing this." Ten smiled, staring at Johnny who was sweaty from moving in all his stuff. "How could I ever repay you?"
"I might have an idea on how you could repay me>" Johnny raised an eye brow.
"Do tell." He replied with a cheeky, yet dorkish smile.
"How about you take me out on a date."
