Chapter:4. The search

Jeff, when he had tried approaching Mathew for thirty six times and didn't get any response, dial to his parents to confirm his arrival there but when they
replied him, his tensions made him shiver loud for if he won't get to see Math again. Was Math alright?
Mathew can't leave him for permanent. That would never be their ending.

(well I wasn't sure if I would disappoint Jeff saying this...but let's reach to end of the story to know anything further.)

Jeff leaved immediately for the station and barely manages to desk through
crowd and he saw a lady, Lily's mom with another little Lily (Lily's sister), begging and crying for her child.
When she was being removed from front of him, he inquired and begged to help, for her at the desk, if they can help her........, Jeff couldn't stand her tears, they were heavier than his. What Jeff felt was rain but those eyes were checking waves, it was something more serious that he took idea of situation. He doubted if they both get same answer from the desk, what he would do, would he be even able to do anything ?

Soon it was revealed to him, about the bus and that he was helping himself by
thinking of that lady. Now he was same miserable as she was.
The agency had tried calling driver but contact has not been made possible yet
and they were trying further to investigate. That's all they had to say. But then,.....

Desk person received a call. The call was about the lost bus; Jeff's tension has
grown darker. Math was struck somewhere from he might not back to him and what about others and the lady, who has been pleading for her child. He
demanded search, the agency have send few in search, already. It would take
them few hours to confirm the call.

Somebody just reported the fall to agency and they weren't only who got reported. May be half of city knew already.

Another of search was still on, of Maria, only daughter of assemblyman of city
have not been found anywhere from a day and news have spread of her
bodyguard, who was out in her search also not been reached from morning.
Assemblyman was worried if media cover this news, many of meaning can be perceive so he himself in middle of night phoned to channels and consent
announce of missing Maria and her loyal bodyguard with prize money on who report their appearance and restrict it with polite and sober headlines. The way it supposed to be.

Six hour after the telecast Maria's mother with pale stern face and wide teary eyes came to assemblyman's professional cabin announcing "Maria was on the bus".

Everybody gathered there had heard of her only in televisions and read of her in magazines; she was one of a kind famous for her seriousness. She was Maria's step mother. They all were
looking at her; she was nothing like she has been explained until to them; tough. She was opposite of that tough at that time. Misery, all around her........ she was miserable at that time, at that only time.

Despite the gravity of situation and her clumsiness they could not command
their eyes off her. Ariana Mullin was exceptionally aesthetic. Woman with
calibre of her, once been the youngest celebrated CEO of the country was running bare feet and struggling through doors, disclosing her vulnerabilities had said - "She, I
think she was on that bus". She was out of air in her lungs as she said that.

Sir Mullin apparently excuses all and left with her. "What bus Ari? What you
are talking about?' He wrapped his arms around her and walked her out of there.
The only time she was seen miserable was that. The Only time before deciding
upon something she thought of involving her husband was that. The only time there were acting as parents, together was that.

She wanted Maria in her front by any mean. Later, Ariana told him that sweeper in house have told that her kid have seen Sam (The bodyguard- Samuel) in the bus when he was there to see off his teacher with other schoolmates, in this noon. She has confirmed from child that it was only Sam not Maria he has seen but she suggested to not letting it pass casually and assemblyman agreed. She
kept insisting until Edward Mullin himself credence on Maria's presence inside of that bus.

Edward Mullin was a simple man, humble and dedicative and Ariana knew she can make him act on whatever; the way she wanted. "That was easy"- She
thought. She now can drop her act and come in action, as it suits her.
She wasn't guilty; after all it was for Maria. At least she made it looks like it was for Maria.

The bus agency was immediately been called bu Mullins and been confirmed that bus have not been found in way and nor it had reached its destination. The agency did not mentioned of the call, who has reported the fall to them.
Matter was definitely serious.

Assemblyman Mullin took command in his hand and hires his own team to search Maria and Sam and the lost bus. He was worried for everybody struck in that bus as he was worried for Maria. Police of city been informed and whole city has being asked for co-operation.

Soon broken fences and falling bus has been reported in station then to agency and then to Mullins. It was confirmed this time.

"Missing Maria's case" -from news has been updated to "Missing bus".

Mullin family's followers crowded the site of mishap. Ranger officers been
called into action. Ariana describes the details about Maria and Sam to them and Sir Mullin was busy and worried for the growing darkness.

Only few hour and darkest of clouds arrived the site; ready to soak whole of
city. The search can't be progress.

The night without Maria was stormy in all senses.
