Narrator POV
In the last chapter the last chapter of Dragon Ball the Dragon Balls were stolen from the hands of our heroes by Emperor Pilaf's bumbling henchmen Mai and Shu. Goku and Y/n led a brave trek into Emperor Pilaf's palace to retrieve the stolen balls, once inside everyone followed the writing on the ground, carefully the team crept through the caverns trying to avoid any unforeseen dangers but when the wall came crashing down, our heroes found themselves trapped in the cold corridor and now they wait wondering what evil Emperor Pilaf has in store for them next!

Mai POV
"Nope I don't think it's in here" I say to Shu "me neither" he responds "come on let's rip the seats open we've got to find that Dragon Ball" I say getting ready to start ripping seats open.
Bardock POV
"Well looks like we're stuck here" Bulma says "wonderful now I get to die today too" pig gripes "Hey what's wrong? Why're you so upset" Goku asks "because we're prisoners Kakarot" Y/n says trying to find a way out "oh don't worry about that if there's a way in there's gotta be a way out" he says "Goku they're going to try to kill us" Bulma says "ha! Scary!" He laughs I notice my little princess start giggling too(Y/n will be seen as Bardock's little princess bc he'll never admit it but he's always wanted a daughter too) I silently smirk because those two are something "don't you take anything seriously" Bulma asks I remember when she started to slowly take on the personality of her mate always so serious rarely ever relaxed.

Pilaf POV
"Those ignorant buffoons yes I really do have to hand it to myself though the old 'follow the pink arrow' trap gets'em everytime" I laugh to myself "sire" I hear Shu and Mai come running up "Speak to me" I say "Sir we searched the aircar that they came here in but the last Dragon Ball definitely isn't in it" Mai reports "No?! That means one of them must be carrying it" I say looking at them from the monitor "you know you can trust a short person surely one of those little runts is hiding the Dragon Ball from us" Mai says pointing at the screen I turn around looking at her "That will be the last time you run down short people in my presence Agent Mai and stop calling me 'Shirley' Do I make myself clear."(how the hell are you an 'Emperor' and dumb as hell)I say "oh, yes sir. I don't know what I was thinking..." she lowers her head in shame as I turn back around towards the monitors.

Gine POV
"You ready?" Yamcha asks "let's do it" Goku says "Wolf Fang Fist" Yamcha yells then him, Bardock, and Goku each run towards the wall on different sides and punch it but it doesn't budge then Yamcha starts delivering punch after punch but there's not even a scratch "I...I didn't even put a dent in it the wall is too strong" Yamcha says out of breath "Why don't we give it another try?" Goku suggests "don't hurt yourself" Puar says just then a screen flashes to life "What's wrong fools? Can't break my triple-butted-double-reinforced-steel-lined walls can you?" The thing on the screen says "Who are you?" Me, Bulma, and Y/n asks in unison "I am the all powerful Emperor Pilaf" it grumbles(ok fun fact as well in this mate AU the Saiyans can sometimes willingly and without realizing take on the personality or personality traits of their mate we'll see that a lot the more progress between Goku and Y/n as well as Bulma and her mate) "So you're the jerk that stole my Dragon Balls" Bulma says "yes this is true but I didn't get all of them now did I" Pilaf says "Yamcha I think I can get him if I dive through that window" Goku says "that's a tv set you dummy" Yamcha responds just then Y/n jumps up and punches him in the back of his head which sends him flying into the wall face first "call him a name again" she says while looking menacing she looks so terrifying even Bardock was visibly shaken and he hid behind me "Y/n calm down" Bulma tries but she just glares at her over her shoulder and she instantly stops talking just then Goku's tail wraps around Y/n's and she instantly calms down 'her aura was something else I've never seen anything like it...it was almost murderous but that is another sign of the bond getting stronger your ready to kill behind your mate and did her voice change?' I think to myself. "I know that one of you if carrying the four-star ball. Hand it over to me and things will go much easier for you" Pilaf says "maybe in the next millennium, pal check this, bleh" Bulma and Y/n say at the same time then they both stick their tongues out at him "so that's how you want to it you little girls all right then. Time for the 'Treatment'" he says as Bulma and Y/n are still sticking your tongues out then two metal arms comes out of the ceiling grabs Bulma and Y/n taking them away "oh no he took them" Yamcha says as we're all still looking at the ceiling "hey uh what did he mean by the 'Treatment'" Goku asks "I think I know" Oolong says.
