Ann had traveled to her family's house for some reason, leaving only Noel at home,and it was the holidays,so she had nothing to do but practice.

With her two eyes she saw Night Street mouth move as she talked.

Noel wasn't to suprise a cat could talk for some animals could speak but she wondered why it's now it want to talk to her.
"Why didn't you tell you can speak?" Noel asked.
"I wanted to find out if you were trusted enough which you are,to become my champion" Night Street said
"Your Champion? for what?"Noel asked
"Haven't you wondered why only you can see me" Night Street said
"I thought you were a stealthy creature and chose me to be your master"Noel said
"Well yes I have chosen you to be my master but I am not creature actually"Night Street said
"Then what are you ?"Noel asked in curiosity.
"A soul"Night Street said
Noel burst into laugh hearing such nonsense, Night Street looked unchanged .
After laughing her heart out Noel had to asked "if you're a soul, how come I can see you and touch you"
"Oh,we made a convenant"Night Street said
"Wait,how?I didn't do any blood sacrifice."Noel asked in confusion.
"A convenant can be done,by kindness,love even sex"Night Street said
"So when I gave you food ,I actually had a convenant with you" Noel asked
"Yes"Night Street said
"When you said I was practicing the wrong way , what do you mean by that?"Noel said
"It means you are practicing wrong what else,and this sutra doesn't suit you,it's for someone naive and stubborn"night Street said
"What does my character have to do with my practice?" Noel said
"It deals alot and I can help you with that"Night Street said
"Really?how?"she asked
"It's simple I give you a new sutra"the cat said
"Wait that means I have to start from beginning"she said with a frown.
"Don't worry,the sutra I'll give you will suit you so well ,you will finish in a year or less."Night Street said
Noel got suspicious and asked"all this for a champion"
"Yes"the cat said
"What does this champion do?" She asked
"Oh, that's easy,just fight and win"the cat said licking it's fur
"What makes you think I'll win?"she asked
"It's because your character fits the sutra I'll give you"the cat said
