It all started when your mom gave you call about a family get together. And since you haven't seen your family since moving to Gotham 6 years ago, you agreed.

"And bring your rich white man, I need to meet him." You heard her laugh on the other end which made you smiled.

"I will try mama, but he is stubborn as hell."

"So are you, but I know you will get him over here." You say your goodbyes and hang up.

"What was that about?" You hear Bruce say behind you.

"Oh uh, my family is having a get together Saturday and they invited me and I said yes." You set your phone down on the island counter and walked to the fridge. "And they want you to come." Bruce scratches his eyebrow and shakes his head.

"I cant leave the city."

"I know I'm just saying you got invited, my family really wants to meet you." You grab a soda can and shut the fridge and grabbed your phone again. "I'm going to book my plane ticket, let me know if you change your mind." You walk past him and leave the kitchen area leaving him in his thoughts.

"So how many people are in your family."

"A lot." You say and grab your suitcase.

"Are you sure I shouldn't get anything?"

"Babe stop stressing it, you aren't even going meet everyone until tomorrow, today is just my father, mother, my brother and sister." You tell him and he nods.

"I should at least get flowers for your mother or what's your fathers favorite drink? Or what does your sister like? ." He says and you face palm.

"Babe you're kinda late for that, they're the ones picking us up." You say and grab his hand to lead him to the exit. You both didn't have to worry about being recognized since not many people put here know Bruce's face. You called your mother to find out where they were until you heard a honk. You family was waving at you and you waved back and started bouncing up and down. "Bruce its them."

The car pulled up beside you and Bruce and your mother jumped out.

"Oh my baby." she says and brings her arms tightly around your body. She looked up to see Bruce standing there awkwardly. She let you go and went to Bruce and your dad went to hug you."And you must be Bruce Wayne, the man who stole my daughters heart." She then goes and brings Bruce into a big hug. "Ooo." She squeezes Bruce's biceps and looks back at you with a smirk.

"Woman get off him." You hear your dad behind you and run to your mom to pull her away from Bruce. You giggle at the scene then feel a tap on your shoulder.

"So you're just not going to say hi to me." Your little sister, Erica, says with her hands on her hips.

"Wow I see you still have your attitude." You say bluntly before pulling her in for a hug, you pulled away from the hug so you could properly introduce Bruce to everyone, but your father was already speaking to him. You rushed to Bruce's side and grabbed his arm and smiled up at him.

"Dad this is my boyfriend Bruce-" Your dad cut you off.

"I know who he is, Bruce Wayne, the billionaire playboy philanthropist."

"Sir I'm not a playboy at all, never have been, your daughter is the only one." He wrapped an arm around your shoulder and pulled you in close. Your dad glared at him but his face softens when your mother placed her hand soothingly on his back.
