Wei wuxian was going back to his room to see how xiuxing was doing just as he enters his room he see that xiuxing was not here so he search the whole room but couldn't find her, he began to panick and go outside to search for her and as he was searching lan zhan was going back to his room he see wei ying and go to tell him to go back to his room. He said " go back to your room" wei ying turn to him and said" lan zhan I can't find xiuxing i have search everywhere for her but still can't find her" after listening to this lan zhan began to panick on inside but on outside he keep his stone face he said" let's search it together" wei ying nod his head and go with him few minutes turn into hours but still couldn't find her it was morning already and the sun was rising.
At the same time xiuxing was panicking thinking how can this man knows what she is after some time the man said" I'm lan xichen and don't worry I'll not tell anyone about this and you can transform into your human form" she then transform herself and said" how can I believe in you that you'll not tell anyone about this" lan xichen said while smiling"i lan xichen vow that I'll never tell anyone without you consent" and she nod her head and said"I'm xiuxing", she see it was morning and realise that wei ying will be searching for her right now, see this lan xichen ask"is something worry you" she said" the person i was staying with must be finding me now so I'll have to learn " he then say"its almost breakfast time why don't you eat first then go" she said yes and transform into her fox form as lan xichen go to bring food for her after some time he come back with food and give her and left again to the dinning hall after eating she left to go to wei ying room again.
