I have gotten used to going to the DA meetings and sneaking back to the dungeons. Ginny would leave halfway between our common room and her common room. When we got back tonight Draco was the only one left in the common room. Waiting for me. As soon as Ivy left the common room and we were alone. He turned to look at me.

"Where do you keep going off too y/n?"

"I told you, I'm hanging out with Ivy"

"why don't you hang out with me tonight y/n?"

"sure why not"

"Then let's go"

Draco leads me to the Room of Requirements. It was funny, I was just here a few minutes ago. When we reach the hall I see a bright red head of hair disappearing down the end of the corridor. It must have been Ron. The Room had transformed into a little cozy spot. It was much smaller than what it was when it is used for DA meetings. It was fit for two.
It was weird being with Draco. Sometimes we were so good at faking it, I convinced myself we were actually dating.
But did he feel the same way?
Draco fluffs out one of the pillows on the floor and sits down. He pats the pillow next to him, gesturing for me to sit down. I sit close to him. I look into his sly silver eyes for a few moments before he looks away and then starts talking.
"Where do you head off to y/n?" He says softly, looking curiously into my eyes. This time I break the eye contact.
"I- You know- I..." I sputter but then find the right words to say, "You know I don't have to be with every second of the day! We are only fake dating you know!?" I could tell the words hurt him a little bit.
"But.." He starts but then thinks about his words for a second, "But maybe we don't have to fake date anymore."
"We can't break up just yet... what about your parents and our friends! The jobs not over.. yet."
I didn't want this to be over early.
"That's not what I mean, be real with me y/n, how much of that was fake?" I blush and look down. I don't reply.
"Exactly."
"Some of it was! I mean- at the beginning it was fake, but then-"
"-afterwards you just started pretending it was real.. me too."
"You did?"
"Yup.. So what's the point of faking it if we were both pretending it was real?"
There's silence for a moment. One short moment.
"There's none I guess, so let's stop faking it."
"Lets stop faking it" He smiles.

Real dating was even weirder than fake dating. Once I got back to the dormitory I checked to see if Ivy was awake. She was.
"Ivy... psssttttt"
She answered quietly: "Yes?"
"I need to tell you something.."
I see her silhouette in dark heading near me.
"Okay, but not in here in case people overhear" She said leading me out of the dorm. She sits me down in a little corner in the common room.
"Okay tell me" She said, her face full of curiosity and a hint of excitement.
"Remember how I told you I was actually fake dating Draco?"
"Yeah of course," Ivy says now a little confused.
"I don't think I'm fake dating him anymore.."
"You don't think!? What do you mean.. Wait!," She gasps, "Do you mean you are dating Draco.."
I nod, slightly embarrassed. Embarrassed? Why would I be embarrassed of dating Draco Malfoy, the king of Slytherin, this is a good thing and now that I think about it, it might just be everything I've ever wanted.

"Thats so crazy, I could never imagine you with Draco Malfoy!"

"Didn't you think we were dating before?"

"Well yeah? But this is a whole other level of crazy."

"Okay Ivy..."

"Well anyways, I'll see you around... Have fun with this, okay?"

"Okay?" I nod.
