It has been around 20 years since El's death and 20 years since her ghost appeared.
"Ariiiii" El's ghost chimed from the spare room. Despite being the ghost of her wife, Ari refused to let anyone but the alive and breathing version of El to sleep in the master room with her. "Yes?" Ari replied. "I am so fucking bored" El giggled. Ari rolled her eyes. El's ghost was a constant reminder that El was dead and was also a constant pain in the ass. "Go read another book okay" Ari shouted back. Ari heard shuffling of footsteps scurry across the trapdoors to the library above her. Ari looked up, as she always does, she isn't sure why but she just does. Suddenly as she looks back down , she sees a figure walking towards the door. Ari squints to try and see who it is.
It's Carvil
Ari shouts to El to go into the spare room and once she hears the door close, she equips a sword and opens the door. Here is how their conversation played out:
"I thought I told you 20 years ago to fuck off, so tell me, why are you back?" - A
"Polite as always Ari, I am actually here to see El." -C
"No, I won't allow that, especially not to you, and its QUEEN Ari to you." -A
"Give me one good reason why I can't see her." -C
"I can give you loads, but since you only want 1, fine, you are my rival, what makes you think I'll let you anywhere near MY wife" -A
"Well, she's not really your wife anymore is she" -C
"SAY THAT AGAIN, I FUCKING DARE YOU" -A
"Calm the fuck down QUEEN Ari, I don't really give a shit about you, I am only talking to you because I want to see El."- C
"Why though, why now?" -A
"1. She was my co-partner for the Order of the Void back in Outcast and 2. Because I've spent years contemplating whether or not I should even try and find this place, then spent the rest searching for it." -C
"I don't fucking care about your little Order, that was in Outcast, which by the way, you still haven't told me how the hell you even remember that place."- A
"Okay, you don't care, so what, let me see El." -C
"NO, FOR THE LAST FUCKING TIME, GET IT INTO YOUR DUMBASS HEAD THAT I AM NOT LETTING YOU SEE HER, EVE-" -A
"See who?" - E
"El I thought I told you to go into your room." -A
"Yeah, but I heard yelling and I wanted make sure you weren't going to be fucking murdered" -E
"Hi El" -C
"Uhh, Hi?" -E
"You do remember me right, Carvil, enemy of Ari, we were friends in Outca-" - C
"DO NOT BRING THAT UP" - A
"Bring up what, I'm really confused Ari, who is this Carvil person?" - E
"A fucking weird stalker who won't leave us THE HELL ALONE!" - A
"Look, Ari, I just want to talk to her, please, just give me a few minutes with her." - C
"It's really up to her now." -A
"I think I'll hear him out, he is clearly desperate." -E
"Alright, stay safe El" -A
(ARI WALKS AWAY)
"So, what did you want?" - E
"I just wanted to talk to not only the only other fully dead person on the SMP, but also my old la-." - C
"D-Dead?" -E
"Yeah, you're dead remember" -C
(ARI WALKS BACK IN TO SEE EL TEARING UP AND RUNNING AWAY)
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU SAY TO HER" - A
"I just said that I wanted to talk to the only other dead person on the SMP but also my old la-" -C
"YOU SAID WHAT!?" -A
"I really don't see the issue here?" -C
"SHE DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS DEAD, OKAY, I'VE BEEN KEEPING IT FROM HER" -A
"Well that's a pretty dumb and insensitive thing to do to your ex - wife." -C
"EX wife!?" -A
"Yeah, you are not technically married still, as she is kinda, you know , dead." -C
"GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY KINGDOM NOW" - A
"What!" -C
"YOU FUCKING HEARD ME BITCH, GET OUT NOW, IF YOU EVER COME BACK, I WILL KILL YOU ON SITE." - A
"Ari, come on, it was an accident , let me finish my conversation with her." -C
"I WILL NOT REPEAT MY SELF AGAIN CARVIL, GET THE HELL OUT OR I WILL KILL YOU, YOU WILL BE DEAD PERMANENTLY WITH NO GHOST NO NOTHING." -A
"Alright, fine, I'm leaving" -C
"I fucking hate that guy." -A
As Ari turned away , a blood curdling scream echoed from outside the house. Ari's eye's darted to the source of the scream and there, on the ground, with an arrow in his chest, was Carvil. Ari knew it wasn't El as she would hear the door open. Knowing that Carvil had never done anything for her, Ari slammed the door shut and left Carvil's ghost to die, permanently.
