The party was going well elena and jack were having a good time and she told him nothing happened In the closet
"I didn't think we would have this much in common" jack says
"Yeah me neither I guess things surprise you, huh" Elena was happy everything was working well for her
Then...
"Holt shit" Elena turns to see Blair with a cup of something in her hand
"Oops" she smiles and Elena looks at her dress that now reeked of alcohol
"I swear my mom is gonna think I'm an addict" Elena says sitting down on a stool jack next to her "I can't go home like this I'll be grounded for like ever" Elena adds
"Well, tell her your sleeping at topangas" jack smirked
"Will do" Elena smiled grbbaing her phone to call her mom

The party was over and Elena went to jacks' apartment Shawn following not long after
"Are you kidding me" Shawn shouts walking into the apartment " you're seriously bringing her here" Shawn adds
"Yes I am what are you gonna do about it" jack smiles sarcastically
"Leave" Shawn tells Elena
"It's not just your apartment Shawn" jack says to him in a more harsh voice
"Yeah neither is it just yours" they argue for a while and Elena gets bored and pulls out her phone to see 10 missed calls from Blair
"Hey guys I'll be right back" Elena says interrupting there argument
"Hello" Elena says
"Elena, your not slick"
"Wtf are you talking about"
"You at jacks house why are you there" Blair says
"Because, look I don't owe you anything" she speaks low so jack and Shawn don't over hear her
"Yeah but you stay away from my boyfriend you little slut"
Elena hangs up in disbelief of what her "friend" just called her
Elena had never even had sex and Blair has went from guy to guy there was know way she was calling her a slut

"Hey I'm so sorry about that Shawn can be a pain sometimes" jack says handing her a shirt to get dressed into
"Yeah I was his friend"
"What do you mean was?" Jack questions "long story I'll tell you later" Elena walks into the bathroom to get dressed but screams in shock
"THERE IS A DEAD GUY IN YOUR BATHTUB" Elena runs into jacks room "WHAT!" He goes to the bathroom only to not be shocked at all
"Oh that just Eric"
"Eric as in Eric matthews" Elena asks her voice still a little shaky
"Yeah HES weird he like talking baths fully clothed then sleeping in there when there's no more water"
"WAKE UP ERIC" jack screams
"One more minute mommy"
Elena let's out a chuckle
"NO" jack shouts
"Okay, okay" Eric gets up still half asleep "yeah sorry about that too but I'm pretty sure there is no more dead guys in there" jack smiles and Elena walks in to get dressed

Jack was asleep and Elena was wide awake and so was Shawn she could hear him and want sure how Eric and jack slept through his noise
Elena got up to see what he was doing
"Dude" Elena says walking in the kitchen to see him watching some cartoon on the tv
He looks at her then looks back at the tv
"Can you turn that down I'm trying to sleep"
He turns the volume up and she get annoyed
"Look I know I'm not at my house but can you plz" she begs sitting next to him on the couch
"Your lucky your hot" he says then turns the volume down
Wtf?! Elena says to herself what did he mean your lucky your hot
"Wtf?" She says
"What?"
"Dude you have a girlfriend why are you calling me hot" she asks
"Look me and Blair are not dating, we'll not yet so I don't see why I can't say that"
Okay he and Blair weren't dating she thought if they werent dating then
She could do this without being called a home wrecker
She gets closer to him and pulls him in for a kiss
Moving her lips to match his
And deeping the kiss as they went she nibbled on his lip asking for entrance and he let her in he put his hands on her waist pulling her closer and there tongues moved together getting to every inch of each others mouths
When they pulled out they were both out of breath and staring at eachother
"Okay what was that for" Shawn said after catching his breath
"For being hot"
Elena answers getting up and going back to jacks room
