Elena went home for the day and got ready for the play she was still upset with her mother and about the whole loving her boyfriends brother thing
Elena did like jack and she didn't wanna hurt him so she just tried to brush it off and tell herself it was okay

The play was amazing she surprisingly loved being on stage and they were getting to the final kiss scene
"But it doesn't matter if they want us to be together or not, we can run away together" Elena said her line waiting for Shawn to say his "no, I will have to leave no one wants me here anyway" he says and pulls Elena in
They kiss and Elena felt butterflies she still tried to tell herself she didn't like Shawn but there was no denying the feeling at that moment

The curtains close and Elena hears everyone chant and clap for them
"Well that was about the best modern Romeo and Juliet story I have ever Scene!" Some one shouts from the Crowd and others just clap
They go to the stage with the rest of the cast and everyone cheers again Elena smiles and they leave the stage to there friends
Elena runs over to topanga and Alison to give them a hug but she sees topanga comforting Blair
"What happened" Elena asks Alison who's sitting right next to them "Blair is having a meltdown about how you guys kissed on stage"
All Elena wanted to do was call Blair all sorts of names for everything she's done just to make her friends be too busy to congratulate her on being in the play
