I closed my eyes when The main verse came,

I opened my eyes and saw y/n enjoying the song, while my mind thought that he was my only exception even if Jennie had her eyes on him. 

'Maybe I know somewhere deep in my soul
That love never lasts'

I saw Jennie glaring at me from the back but I didn't mind right now, the important thing to me was this song and the person for whom I was singing. 

Jennie Pov

"Disgusting" I spat out as I saw Rosé looking at y/n every time she opened her eyes. I was already angry at the girl and now I wanted to choke her to death with my bare hands. "Jennie are you okay" I looked beside and found Taehyung standing, I gave him a smile assuring him I was okay but I was not. On said there was Taehyung who never left my side after the dance and Y/n who had distanced himself from me. 

"Do you actually love him?" Taehyung asked, "I do" I softly answered and he didn't say anything further. After the performance was done I left Taehyung alone and because I saw Y/n going to backstage with Jisoo and her friends, So I thought to follow them.  

I hid at a place and saw Y/n with Jisoo and her friends congratulate Rosé for her performance, my heart clenched seeing how y/n and rosé talked to each other. "Well, Rosé was that for your crush?" Lisa asked her and I could see the disappointment in Y/n's eyes. Maybe he l-likes her...but he has a girlfriend. 

I was about to go near them but Taehyung stopped me, "Jennie, not now" he said and pulled me with him. He dragged me to the rooftop "What did you mean by not now?" I asked him, "If you go and talk to them they would think that you were selfish, and also y/n is angry with you." he said "But can't you see, she's trying to steal him," I said "No...I can see him falling in love with her" He spat out and I looked down hearing those words. 

"Jennie, don't act like your hurt because you and I, we both know you are the one who hurt him" Taehyung said with slight anger but it was correct. I was the one who always hurt him, I was the one who acted carelessly and now I got my result. "But-" I was about to break down in tears until Taehyung patted my back and calmed me down. "I'll drop you home, you need rest," He said and walked me to the parking lot. 

Y/n Pov

"So how about celebrating this?" Lisa said in confidence, "Yea let's go out we don't have any classes today" Tzuyu said. "Gurls how bout BBQ nation? We can use my car if needed" I suggested and they all nodded happily. 

We all started walking to the parking, My car was pretty enough for us all to have a seat. But while leaving I saw something again, It was Taehyung and Jennie going somewhere, and the next thing that caught my eyes was, him hugging her. 

I acted like I didn't care and started driving. During the ride the girls sang songs and talked a lot, It was great since rosé was sitting back because Tzuyu wanted to sit with me, But still easy for me to look at her from the mirror. At least I didn't get caught.
