Owen sighed sitting at the campfire watching the flames flicker as the wind howled. He closed his eyes and found himself lost in thought.

It was his duty to protect these people yet he failed and he failed again and again and again. Like the wild horses galloping through a field the rest of the outsiders galloped straight into the maze.

And he failed, he would be forced to watch if they died because of the psychopath living in his mind rent fucking free.

Owen sighed, he was going to end this. He couldn't take living in this nightmare, it was to much for him to handle.

Apo was dead because of him. Guts was dead because of him. Rasbi was dead because of him.

He had to end his life before he could take anyone else's. That was the only way the outsiders could be free, wasn't it?

He was always forced to watch and he wanted it to end. No He needed it to end. And he was going to fucking force it to end!

Tonight he was anyways, today he had to be strong. He sighed opening his eyes to see Ori sliding down his tree.

Ori just spotted Owen at the campfire seeming stressed, so he slid down his tree. After all it really wasn't that far. "Owen you good?" Questioned Ori, he just got a nod in response.

"Yeah I'm fine, just remembered something" lied Owen Ori stared at him, "while I don't believe that one bit, not the remembering things you remember a lot, the I'm fine bit it's a lie isn't it?" Questioned Ori. Owen stared at him and shrugged, "look just because we may not of gotten along on the right foot in my second memories doesn't mean I despise you" stated Ori.

Owen just chuckled and nodded, "yeah, well I can't afford to show any signs of weakness" stated Owen. Ori stared at him, "then that's your greatest weakness, well one of them the first is getting your legs broken by me" stated Ori. Owen rolled his eyes.

"Sure sure, anyways you know a place I could get some netherwart?" Questioned Owen, Ori raised his eyebrow starring at Owen, "Not sure other then soups house, also that  stuff is poisonous isn't it?" Questioned Ori, Owen nodded, "so why would you need it unless?" Began Ori.

As much Owen wanted to tell someone, he didn't want to be seen as any more as psychopath then he probably already was. After all throwing random knives around people and claiming it to be an accident isn't 100% believable or like a sane thing to do, well it was an accident sure but what reason then anyone else have to believe that?

"I just want to make potions, don't want a whole bunch of suspicion on me if I were to straight up ask soup for some" lied Owen although trying his best to make it sound like a statement. Ori nodded as much as he didn't believe Owen it's not like he couldn't believe him.

There was no proof Owen planned to murder someone, something or maybe even himself there was no use but netherwart being poisonous in foods and drinks when not mixed with the fight ingredients.

"On second thought, there's a farm in the maze I found earlier today" stated Ori, "you went into the maze?" Questioned Owen. "Yes, I did I know I know I'm sorry I just followed Ayngel who was speaking to something or someone I don't know, I got lost awhile in I can take you there before night if you'd like" stated Ori.

Owen nodded, "well I've stayed the night before, so just in case lemme just" he stated pulling out his backpack rummaging through it looking for the bow Ori had given him all that time ago. Owen pulled out the platinum bow, "thank you again for this bow" stated Owen Ori nodded.

"Well let's go we don't have all day" said Ori and Owen nodded as the two made there way over to the levers.

Ori just flicked the two's levers right as they went on there way in the maze before getting deep enough where there was a netherwart farm. Owen had gotten a bit of netherwart and the two had made it back just barely in time before the gates where going to close, they had 30 minutes.
