Satan stands at the window overlooking the garden and furiously digs his nails into the wood along the windowpane as he watches Allesandra and Blaze's erotic display in the fountain. Now more than ever he's determined to tear them apart. He knows that if he continues to allow this union, they will only grow stronger with time.
Suddenly, the door flies open and Nicole runs in, trying hard to catch her breath as she tries to tell him what she's just witnessed in the garden. She can't seem to string a whole sentence together but continues to try her best, "Sir...I just...came from the garden... they are there together...they are in the fountain with no clothes on and..."
Satan waves his hand in front of her face and motions for her to stop talking. He then walks back to the window, his hands folded behind his back as if he's deep in thought and is noticeably flustered when he sees that they are now gone. "Tell the Dark Counsel I'll be there in an hour. I've got some family matters to attend to and send my guards to collect my son and bring him to me." She bows and nods her head in agreement. "Yes, my Lord, I will go tell them at once!"
As they walk back from the garden holding hands, Blaze and Allesandra playfully flirt with one another and discuss their seductive dip in the fountain. "Oh Blaze, that was so much fun! I feel so incredible right now. Is that like a magic fountain of youth or something?" He smiles back at her and decides it's time to let her in on a few of the many secrets of the fountain.
As they continue on their way back to her room, he starts to explain, "As you can probably guess, the fountain has been here for a very long time, from the very beginning, actually. It's beautiful and so inviting, but a deadly trap if you let it fool you into testing the water. My father has quite the sense of humor doesn't he? The power it holds is unimaginable. Until now, my father was the only one who could touch the water without being destroyed. Even I don't know the full extent of its powers or the secrets it hides beneath the sparkling, blue water. What I do know is, all things that go into it die, but here we are. Extraordinary when you think about it." Allesandra's eyes light up with a mysterious glow as she listens intently to him fill her in on what he knows about its origin.
"Blaze, I have to ask. Weren't you terrified before you followed me in there today? I mean, after everything you just told me, it had to have crossed your mind that I was probably leading you to your death." "No, not at all," he starts to explain. "It actually never crossed my mind. When my instinct was to splash some of its healing water on you to help revive you and it didn't burn through me, I guess I was pretty confident after that. I felt compelled, as if it were pulling me in to join you. I think it has actually strengthened my powers too because I feel the strongest I have ever felt. Let me just say that when we're together, I don't feel quite like myself and there's something eerily familiar about all of this."
They continue to discuss the history of the fountain and when they reach her room, two of Satan's guards are standing outside the door and refuse to let him enter and command him, "Blaze, your father has summoned you and he has sent us to take you to the Dark Counsel meeting at once!" Blaze gives them a look of disgust and rolls his eyes. "Yeah, I don't think so. I'm not in the mood for listening to my father dribble away through another long, boring counsel meeting. Tell him I send my regards, but I'll pass."
The guards hold out their weapons in a threatening manner, insist that he come with them and block the door to Allesandra's room as they step in front of it. Blaze immediately throws them aside without laying a finger on them. They scramble to get to their feet and then run away down the hall and out of sight.
He laughs and celebrates his victory." Oh shit! Did you see the look on their faces?" "Blaze, maybe you should have just gone with them. He's going to blame me now for your disobedience. The last thing we need is for him to be more pissed off than he already is, don't you think?" "Nah," he quickly responds with a wink. "Like I said before, I can handle my father."
Just as they turn the knob to the door and step inside, there is an eerie glow to the room and they both know in an instant that someone uninvited is already inside, waiting for them.
"Well, hello love birds! How was your dip in the fountain?" "Father, what are you doing here?" Satan clears his throat and sarcastically responds, "I could ask the very same thing of you. Have you forgotten all about your duties while you're here visiting? There are many things you must attend to before you leave tomorrow." "Oh, but you're mistaken father, I'm not leaving until next week. We have plenty of time for counsel meetings. I'm enjoying a little free time with Allesandra." Satan chuckles and replies, "Oh, I can see that, but I must insist because, like I said, you leave tomorrow and that's not a suggestion, my son."
Satan stands up and walks slowly across the room toward Blaze and Allesandra. He pauses for a moment and gives him a stern look, nods to Allesandra, and then leaves the room.
After he leaves, Blaze is angry and begins to ramble and vent, "He cannot tell me when I need to leave and what he wants me to do any longer. I'm not a boy that he can just order around as he pleases." "Blaze, maybe you should just go to the meeting and try to smooth things over with him. Maybe he'll change his mind." "No Allesandra, my mind is already made up! I'm not leaving until next week and you know what, I'm taking you with me!" "Blaze, he'll never allow that and you know it. He has plans for me here and he's never going to let me go with you. Just thinking about saying goodbye to you is eating me up inside. I just can't bear the thought." "Allesandra, I promise we will not part ways unless it is what we want. I will go to the meeting as you wish and I will speak to my father afterwards. I'm sure I can get him to see that it is what I want. So, please let your mind be at ease." He kisses her and leaves for the meeting.
After he leaves, there is a knock at the door and Allesandra calls out, "Who's there?" "It's Nicole, and I'm afraid we got off to a bad start. Do you mind if I come in so we can have a chat?" Allesandra jerks the door open and finds Nicole standing in the hallway with a very surprised look on her face. It's as if she can't believe she actually opened the door.
"Allesandra, hi, these are for you." She reaches out and offers her a basket filled with beautiful flowers and chocolates. "That is so nice of you, Nicole. Thank you, come in." Allesandra takes the basket and walks over to set it on a nearby table. Nicole follows her in, casually looks around the room and admits to her, "Your room is bigger than mine and a lot nicer too." Allesandra gives her a serious look and responds, "I'm pretty sure you didn't come here to discuss the differences in our bedrooms. So, why are you really here?" Nicole nervously runs her fingers through her long, black hair and admits, "No, I was just making small talk, I suppose. I guess the reason I'm here is I would like to start over and sort of bury the hatchet, so to speak. I'm embarrassed by my forward actions towards you and want to make it up to you, if you'll let me. Allesandra, I want us to be friends."
Allesandra rolls her eyes and steps closer to her in an intimidating manner and objects, "Do you always hit on your friends' boyfriends and then knock them down? Not a great way to gain their trust, I would have to say." Nicole frowns and agrees. "No, of course not. I'm not sure what came over me and I do apologize for my childish actions towards you. Will you ever be able to forgive me?" She extends her hand to offer a handshake to end their quarrel and Allesandra slaps her hand away and chastises her. "You'll find out soon enough that I'm not easily fooled. Once you betray me, I have no use for you. I haven't been here very long, but I know a desperate attempt to get close to me when I see one and no amount of groveling is going to work on me. So, run back to your boss and let him know it didn't work. Oh, and take this with you, too." She grabs the basket off the table and shoves it in her hands, pushes her out the door and slams it behind her.
As Allesandra is walking back to her bed, something on the floor near the door catches her eye. She runs to pick it up and notices that it's a folded up note and she reads it to herself.
"Hello my Darling Blaze,
I must see you before you leave. I have news I'm sure you will want to hear. Meet me in the garden tonight after dinner. I can't wait!Love, Nicole"
"That little whore! Come to make peace with me my ass!" She crumples the piece of paper into a ball and throws it across the room and as it leaves her hands, it goes up in flames. Holy shit! Did I just do that? A smile slowly spreads across her face and she thinks to herself, I hope that bitch can swim!
