Crimson Blackthorn slid his tie into place, a bright yellow against the black shirt he was wearing. He put a light grey vest on over the top to match the slacks he had on. He looked himself over in the mirror. "Definitely rolling up the sleeves." He murmured as he began rolling the sleeves. "Alright, I still don't like it, but I guess it will do. What do you think Waverider?" He turned to the Raichu levitating behind him. "Rai Rai! Raichu!" The orange creature responded in earnest as it did a spin mid air. It nodded a few times in approval and gave a thumbs up. Crimson laughed. "Well at least one of us is happy about this." His stomach growled. He looked at the clock on the wall, "Oh. Breakfast time. Should we hit the café here and check it out?" Waverider nodded again, and gave a thumbs up. Crimson opened the door and walked out, he stood in the hallway for a moment, the Haven Foundation HQ was still very foreign to him, he was absolutely lost. He went to the right after debating for a moment, and eventually made his way out of the dormitory facility and into a courtyard. He noticed a large green tree with pink blossoms on it. Waverider stared in awe at the tree, it tugged on Crimson's sleeve with one arm while pointing with the other "Rai Rai!" It said in total amazement. Crimson nodded "I think it's a pretty tree too buddy." He said rubbing his partner's head. Crimson noticed someone under the tree sitting on a bench. A man wearing a green suit, he had a long coat draped over his shoulders. Walking a bit closer Crimson could make out some details on the coat, it was an off white color, with pink blossom patterns that resembled Cherrim on it. Crimson cleared his throat. "Excuse me sir. I am new here and a bit lost. Could you direct me to the café?" He asked. The man in green looked up from the book he was reading. "Hmm, the café? Why it's back that way." He pointed in the direction Crimson had come from. "I can show you if you'd like?" The man offered. Crimson nodded "That would be a huge help. Thank you!" The man smiled. "Not a problem." He looked at his watch "Hmm. Seems she's running late. I'm actually waiting on my lieutenant, she insists on eating breakfast together." Crimson nodded, he could wait. His stomach growled its protest at that idea. "Oh my. Perhaps she'll just have to catch up to us in the café." The green suited man stood and put his book in one of the coat pockets after closing it. "Come along then. I'll show you to the café." He started walking. Crimson followed. "I'm Solomon by the way, the Admin of the Grass type branch. And based on the color of your tie and vest, my assumption is that you are the new lieutenant for the Electric type branch under Ms. Voltos. Is that correct?" Crimson nodded "Yes sir. Today is my first day doing this, and Ms. Electra isn't here to help me, something about urgent business in the Alola region I guess. So I'm fending for myself a bit, and this place is a maze. No one gave me a tour or a map either." Crimson laughed. Solomon smiled. "Well don't worry young man, I am here to help." Something about the way Solomon said the last three words of the sentence put Crimson ill at ease. He chuckled awkwardly. "Well I appreciate it. I'd be totally lost without it. Probably for days." Solomon nodded. "This facility is rather daunting at first, I will admit that. Feel free to ask any of us Admins you can find should you need anything. Some of the others can be a but gruff, but as a lieutenant they shouldn't give you too much trouble." Crimson nodded "Thanks for the advice sir." Solomon nodded as well.
After a few more minutes of walking and a couple turns down intersecting hallways, they located the café. "Here we are." Solomon said gesturing at the sign on the double glass sliding doors. "The Haven Café." The doors opened and Solomon walked in. A girl who Crimson assumed was near his age approached Solomon as he entered. "Ooooooh. Solomon. Where have you been? I've been waiting here nearly an hour." Solomon had very narrow eyes, so Crimson wasn't sure, but he could swear there was a look of panic in them for a brief second.
"Well you WERE supposed to meet me in the East Wing Atrium Tabitha. So technically it would be you who kept me waiting for an hour." Solomon said it as if he was unsure of the facts, almost nervously. The girl frowned. "Solomon you idiot. We only meet in the Atrium on Wednesdays. Today is a Thursday. T-H-U-R-S-D..." Solomon cut her off. "My mistake Tabitha. But please, don't scold me so much. People are staring." He was holding his hands up palms facing her as he spoke, Crimson was puzzled by their dynamic. This Tabitha girl had on similar attire to his own, just the tie was green and she wore a dress skirt instead of slacks. He noted from the green knee socks and green ties holding her hair into twin tails that she was most likely Solomon's lieutenant, well that and that Solomon had already mentioned meeting her. Crimson also assumed that he himself was the people who were staring, as everyone else in the room seemed unfazed or otherwise uninterested.
