I took in a deep breath, my head was pounding. I was so dizzy. what had happened? One minute my so called dad was beating me again, and the next I wake up on, on, weight what was this. I'm lying on sand?...
"Hello, wakey wakey!"
I voice said, I opened my eyes only to realise I wasn't weeding my glasses. If this was dad the I new he wouldn't want to see my eyes, or my scars. I quickly rolled down my sleeves still with my eyes closed.
"Are you still passed out?" this wasn't dad his voice was like a million birds singing in harmony. It was beautiful. I managed to say "M My glasses" even if this wasn't him I didn't want him to think I was a freak even though I was...
"Here you go!" He said and handed them to me. I put them on and say up. this place was beautiful, but how did I get here.
"Welcome to the world of Mianite!"

TOMS POV FROM BEFORE

I woke to the sound of my communicator beeping. It was 7am, 7!! I answered .
"Hi Dec do you know what time it is?!?!"
"Of corse," he replied "a new person will be arriving soon. Wag is busy catching up with his wizard friends and Tucker and Sonja are on a mining trip. You need to go and get him."
"Ok I will thanks Dec."
I ended the call and sat up. I wonder what team he would be on? I hope Dianite because he's the best God. My god.
"I better get dressed." I said to no one but myself.
After showering I put on my "life's to short so make the most out of it" top and some black shots. It was the middle of summer and hot outside.

I grabbed one of Steaves lovely apples and started the longish walk to the world spawn. We just called it that as it were everyone here "spawned in"

When I got to the beach a saw a shortish boy wearing green shorts and a grey t-shirt with a jacket on top. he took in a deep breath and opens his eyes. oh what beautiful eyes! Wait wat. Why was I thinking that... I only saw them for a second before he shut them again. there were a beautiful hazel color. they seamed to sparkle in the light.
"Hello, wakey wakey."
He quickly rolled down his sleeves, were they scars .... no just a trick of the light.
"M, My glasses." he stuttered. a pair of red sun glasses were on the flaw I picked them up and grave them to him.
"Welcoming me to the world of Mianite. I'm Tom Syndicate, and you are..."
He sat up looking dazed
"Were am I? Did he let you take me? Please don't hurt me I I I ..." he started to back away. what was r no with him.... I had to be calm
"Hey I'm not gunna hurt you, I'm gunna help you. As I said I'm Tom and you are..."

"My names Tom and you are....."
So he wasn't working for dad . I felt i could trust him some how.
"Jordan." I manage to get out.
"Just Jordan?"
I nodded. I never new my real sir name so I just Jordan I stayed. I had a ring with my name on it but that was taken from me years ago.
"You can come and stop at my place for now. I'll tell you more on the way." Tome held out a hand for me and he lead the way. This felt right.
