I sat at the warm campfire rubbing my belly. i looked like i was about to give birth any second but i was only 6 months pregnant.
"i don't understand it, either. something about those chips." monty discussed the city of light key to sinclair.
"we'll know soon enough. be ready." sinclair told monty. i watched as octavia got up from beside me and started to pack her things.
"o, wait. you can't just leave." bellamy walked over to her.
"watch me." she rolled her eyes.
"you heard what jasper said on the radio. arkadia is not safe." bellamy told her as she looked up at him.
"what jasper said sounds insane. pikes gone. i can handle myself. grounders burn their dead." octavia said while putting on her back pack.
"i know that. and then what? where are you gonna go?" he asked her as i watched the scene un-fold.
"you don't get to ask me that." she spat.
"what more do i have to do to prove that i am on your side?" he questioned her.
"bring lincoln back." she said as he went quiet. she walked away and then stopped.
"turning pike into doesn't make you one of the good guys, bellamy. you did that to save me and athena. not because what you thought pike was doing to the grounders was wrong." she turned to him.
"the grounders were starving us out." he turned around to face her.
"because you massacred an army that was sent to protect us." she told him.
"that army could have attacked us at any time and you know it." bellamy stood tall.
"but they didn't attack. you did that. you are hurting and lashes out, because that's what you do. there are consequences, bel. people get hurt. people die. your people. monroe's dead. lincoln is dead." her voice broke when she brought up lincoln. she looked at bellamy and then walked away.
"they're here!" miller yelled. me and bellamy walked outside the camp and saw clarke and jasper coming out of the jeep.
"need your help!" jasper shouted. "we have to get her inside before she wakes up!" jasper carried raven.
"we're you followed?" bellamy asked him as he ran over to jasper.
"maybe. i don't know." he said and passed her over to bellamy.
"get to the ridge. radio if you spot anyone following. harper will stay here on watch." miller told bryan as i entered the cave with jasper behind me.
"octavia, come on. we need you!" i yelled after her.
