Addisons phone rung loudly on the dresser, pulling her out of a deep sleep. Before checking the caller ID she pushed accept, her groggy morning voice took her by surprise at first as she spoke

"Addison Rhodes?" She rubbed her eyes and she sat up in bed. Finn ran into the room, pushing the bedroom door open with his head at the sound of his owners voice.

"Oh how i envy the man who wakes up to that voice everyday" Penelope spoke on the other side of the phone, causing Addie to chuckle at her while stifling a yawn

"well when you find him you can tell him that" Addison responded, pushing the thick white covers off her. Goosebumps pricked at her tan skin as her body tried to adjust to the sudden change in temperature, she turned the fan off and pulled on a hoodie while Garcia spoke.

"New case. It's a bad one" Penelope sighed down the phone "i know it's supposed to be your day off but" she stop short.

"no no it's okay i'll be there in 30 minutes. I love you Pen" Addison spoke before ending the call and getting herself and Finn ready.

She placed down the makeup brush on her vanity before responding to the text that had just come through on her phone

Spence: I'm so beating you there this time.

Addie: Oh you're so on

Spence : Wear the yellow and green converse today

Addie reacted to the message with a thumbs up before shutting off her phone and continuing with her makeup,speeding up a tad but not enough that she'd mess up her makeup.

After dropping Finn off at Lee's and quickly rushing towards the elevator, Addie finally made it to the bullpen. The bullpen that a very smug Spencer sat in.

"wipe the look off your face Specs or i'll do it for you" Addison said to Spencer who was now stood by her desk, hands in his pockets and the smug smile on his face

"i believe you owe me $10" he held his hand out, waiting for payment. Addie rolled her eyes before leaning down to pull her purse from her bag. She put the note in his hand and stood from her desk chair, heading for the kitchen to make some coffee.

She made one for the whole team, filling their mugs with the warm brown liquid. She put creamer in mugs and the appropriate amount of sugar before spencer came over and nosied at the names on the mugs.

"I er... i don't see my cup here" he said, twisting a cup around and frowning when it didn't have his name on it.

"oh i'm sorry did you want a coffee"Spencer nodded and leaned against the counter "well you have $10 I'm sure you can buy one" Addison sassed as she walked away balancing 4 coffees in her hands, she'd come back for the others.
