YN'S POV:
"So we're still on for tonight?". Chanyeol asks me as we approached my studio door.
"Yes Channie, I'm looking forward to it". I say happily.
"Same here, I like spending time with you y/n". Chanyeol replies.
Chanyeol and I have been seeing each other for about three weeks now and I've been eagerly waiting for him to ask me to be his girlfriend, Things have been going great between us.
"I'll see you later, don't work too hard". Chanyeol saids.
We hug then he walks away, I step into the studio and set my stuff down, I begin working on some music when someone knocks on my door.
"Come in". I shout.
The door opens and Sehun walks in with a muffin in a bag, I give him a polite smile and he sets the muffin down.
"Hey". Sehun saids.
"Hey Sehun, how are you?". I ask.
"I'm doing good, how's life?"
"Life is going good"
"Good, things with Chanyeol going well?"
"Yes, very well"
"Good".
Although things with Chanyeol have been going good, Sehun is still actively trying to pursue me, I try my best to not do anything that could tear apart their friendship but he's not making it easy.
"Are you doing anything for lunch today?". Sehun asks me.
"Um no, Chanyeol is going to be busy all day today". I answered.
"Would you maybe like to do lunch with me? Hate to see you eat alone"
"Sure but it's strictly platonic, got it?"
"I got it, I'll meet you here at noon, can't wait".
Sehun gives me a wink and sly smile before getting up from his chair and leaving my studio, I sigh and lean back in my seat.
I really hope this doesn't blow up in my face.
LUNCHTIME:
Sehun was right on time and we walked down to the small cafe right by the studio, he holds the door open for me and I thank him.
"Get what you want y/n, lunch is on me". Sehun saids.
"You don't have to Sehun"
"No I insist, really"
"Okay, just this one time".
Sehun chuckles then we walk up to the counter and order our meal, Sehun pays then we find a table by the window and sit down as we wait for our number to be called.
"Produced anything so far?"
"I'm working on a little something something, it's top secret though"
"Not even a hint?"
"Nope"
"Man".
I giggle at Sehun's childish expression, our number is called and Sehun grabs our food, we begin eating while exchanging small talk. I feel myself having a good time with Sehun but I couldn't help but feel guilty, I know me and Chanyeol aren't official or anything like that but I feel like I'm betraying him in a sense. After a while, we finish our lunch and head back to the studio, when we reach the door to my studio, I dig my key out to unlock the door.
"Thank you for lunch Sehun". I said.
"You're welcome y/n, hope we can do it again soon". Sehun saids.
I unlock the door and turn to give Sehun a hug which he gladly excepts, as we pull away, Sehun leans in and kisses me suddenly.
"S-Sehun-"
"What the hell?".
Sehun and I both snap our heads in the direction of the familiar voice, I felt my heart crumble at the sight of Chanyeol standing alongside Baekhyun and Kai, looking visibly heartbroken.
"Chanyeol-"
"You two been seeing each other behind my back?"
"No Chanyeol, I'm not interested in Sehun like that"
"Not from what I saw"
"What-"
"I saw you two having lunch, you seem to be having a good time with him"
"Chanyeol-"
"Goodbye y/n"
"Chanyeol!".
Chanyeol ignores me and keeps walking in the opposite direction, I darted into my studio and shut the door behind me, locking it.
"Y/n". I hear Baekhyun call out from the other side.
"Can I be left alone please?". I choked out through tears.
I can hear the guys leave, I hug my knees to my chest and wiped away stray tears with my sleeve, I felt my heart literally being torn in two. Chanyeol hates me now, I don't know how I can face him or even Sehun, oh god I hope this doesn't ruin their friendship or the group itself.
Little did I know what was going on in the dance practice room....
