The tv is quite... Mom is fast asleep... Susie is too... I think?

"Hey Susie?"

"Yeah?"
She's awake.
"I thought you were asleep haha."
Susie chuckled, "nope! Been awake this hole time."

"What is it, Kris?"
... I hesitate... I don't know how she'll react to me asking this.... But...
"Susie, am I a bad person?"
She's fast to respond, "what? No!? I mean... when I first met you, you were weird and silent... but, turns out your really cool." I perk up.
"Really...?"
Susie looks over,
"Of course you dumbass!"
...
I hug Susie tightly... I don't think she was expecting that.
I expected her to push away at some point but she just kinda sat there.
"...ah! Sorry... thanks..." I try to pull away but something stops me.
"...can we stay like this for a little longer, Kris?" I can see Susie hide her face, for what reason though?

It doesn't matter though, this is all I could've ever wanted from her...
"...ok." I smile to myself warmly in this moment. Hugging her feels amazing... she's so warm, cute and caring. All she is... is misunderstood.
