Jason's POV:
Thump.
Was the first thing Jason heard, as the small patter-patter of feet was heard by his door.
Fuck. Who's got in?
Moving silently but tensely Jason grabbed his gun. No one was going to leave this flat alive on his watch. Opening the door he could make out the shadowed figure tense at the slight creak when the door opened. It was as if a siren had set off since this figure ran towards their only exit like their life depended on it. And it probably did.
Not bothering to stay silent any longer Jason's feet pounded on the sleek, wooden floor as he tried to catch up with the small lithe figure that was at the end of the hallway, trying to open up the door.
Oh wow. It was the kid. How the hell did he manage to bypass the sensors around his room? Those machines should've picked up the heat emitting from his body! Unless he's a meta but that's crazy, right?
He watched amused and partially concerned as the kid tried again and again to open the door before him. "Where do you think your going?"
"N-nowhere." Jason winced in how hoarse the kids voice sounded. He probably hadn't spoken in months.
"Now we both know that's a lie kiddo. You can't get out anyways. It'll only open to my fingerprint."
Seeing as the kid wasn't moving anytime soon Jason placed his warm arm on the kid's bare shoulder as a sign of assurance. Didn't go as planned obviously.
It seemed time had stopped and sped up again because he was now on the floor while the kid stood shaking over him. How'd he move so fast?! Wait what's wrong with him? Is he cryi-
The last thing he saw was a large clownfish aimed right at him before it all went black.

Percy's POV:
Percy had been given a small bed in a spare bedroom. He was procrastinating on why he had told the stranger just 5ft away from him vital information.
Alright, calm down Seaweed Brain. Just try to think rationally here. This is the time to channel your inner Wise Girl. You've just told your possible kidnapper your age, not the worst thing you could've done. You can't stay here otherwise this dude would be in danger. You can't let another maybe innocent die on our watch. Remember, you've still gotta find your family. If Kelli was telling the truth the others could still be alive! Staying here is Je-po-dar-izing my plans.
Making up his mind, Percy silently moved off the bed grabbing his bag, which had thankfully been untouched. At least the dude respects privacy. Silently moving some water tentacles to the sensors he moved towards his rooms door, tensing slightly when hearing an almost inaudible creak from the room opposite him.
Styx, I've been found. The injured boy sprinted towards his present lifeline as the sound of pounding boots grew closer. He had nearly reached the door before a low voice was heard behind him.
"Where'd you think you're going?"
Percy stood frozen fear radiating of him. "N-nowhere."
"Now we both know that's a lie kiddo. You can't get out anyways. It'll only open to my fingerprint."
Percy tensed as a calloused palm was set on his bare shoulder. This dam shirt keeps falling off me.
Percy was now on the verge of having a panic attack. With too many hands on his body, the ravenette felt as if he was drowning back at the Nymphaeum. Without warning, Percy lashed out aiming his elbow at the dude's solar plexus making him let Percy go. And knocking the guy out with Perry the clownfish for good measure.
Running towards the keypad Percy remembered that he needed the dude's thumb and briefly considered chopping it off with RipTide seeing as it now could work both on mortals and monsters.
No, bad Percy. Just drag the dude and use his thumb to open the door. No chopping just yet.
And so he did. Once again lifting the guy, Percy pushed his thumb onto the keypad, not waiting to see if the dude was alright. That blow was gonna leave him winded for a while. "Sorry man, but my family comes before your lungs." at this point Percy didn't care if he gave another piece of info away.
Securing Perry into his backpack, Percy sent a last guilty look before rushing out, becoming a shadow to the night once again.
---Unbenknownst to the fleeing boy, Jason was now slumped against the door watching the kid's lean figure fade further and further away.
I didn't even get your name.
