Miraculous: Chickenpox

chapter 7

Once it was morning adrien woke up and he noticed that his weren't up yet, so he just chilled on the sofa.

When Gabriel and Nathalie who was carrying Mabel, came down the stairs they looked exhausted.

"What happened to you guys" Adrien exclaimed, Mabel kept us up all night because she's not feeling well, Nathalie told him.

Gabriel was getting breakfast ready and a few minutes after Mabel woke up and she started chewing her mothers pyjama top "good morning to you to" Nathalie said sarcastically, stop chewing my pyjama top its bad for you, do you want to eat some breakfast instead.

"no" Mabel pouted and she snuggled into Nathalie's chest "come on Mabel you have to eat something, otherwise you'll loose weight and your still a tiny girl" Nathalie said with her voice laced with concern.

Nathalie just massaged Mabel's back for a while and Nathalie could smell something really strong so she sniffed Mabel and Nathalie knew that she had done a lot of diarrhoea again.

Once Gabriel had finished making breakfast Nathalie told Gabriel that Mabel needs a diaper change, so Gabriel took Mabel to the bathroom to change her diaper.

In the afternoon the doctor came and she checked Mabel temperature which was still 38C, she then weighed Mabel and she told them that she was a little bit under weight, "that's because she never feels like eating" Nathalie told her.

The doctor then looked inside her mouth and she could see the first tooth coming out "has she had any other symptoms" the doctor questioned she's been dribbling, chewing, not being able to sleep and she's constantly doing diarrhoea every 10 minutes.

The reason for that is because she's teething so try and make sure she eats enough and if she is chewing a lot give her a teething ring and try to sooth gums if she's feeling uncomfortable and make sure she drinks enough water to get rid of the diarrhoea.

Once it was lunch time Gabriel and Nathalie made sure she ate and drank enough, after lunch she started chewing on her teething ring.

After a little while she started crying, so Gabriel changed her diaper which was full of diarrhoea and once Gabriel had put a fresh diaper on to her, Nathalie sat her in her lap and she started massaging her gums to help her ease the pain.

Mabel soon fell asleep in her mothers arms and Nathalie layed her down in the crib for a nap, Gabriel and Nathalie then went to Adrien's room to check up on him.

Hi adrien how you doing? I'm fine thanks Nathalie, how's Mabel? She's doing ok, I've just put her down for a nap, she's still doing diarrhoea and she's feeling uncomfortable because she's teething.

While Mabel was asleep all day which would really help her body, Gabriel Nathalie and Adrien were playing video games.
