Adrien wakes up one morning and Nathalie notices that he has chickenpox, Nathalie has to be very careful while she's looking after adrien as she doesn't want the chickenpox to spread around the entire house.
Nathalie is 10 months pregnant, she was an entire month late as her due day came and went, the baby stayed in her tummy and this felt like torture for Nathalie as she desperately wanted to meet her daughter.
Nathalie's little daughter was becoming a pain in the ass as her poor ribcage was aching from her hard kicks, her throat and stomach were constantly sore from the heartburn due to the permanent reflex and her back was putting a total strain on her is well as she kept resting her back against the sofa because of the pain.
It was lovely hot summer day so Nathalie decided to wear something that would show off her massive baby bump, Nathalie was wearing a black bra, black pants, a black t-shirt, a pink knee length skirt and black flats.

Once Nathalie had finished getting dressed which wasn't easy because of her massive stomach, she went to the toilet and then she headed towards the dining room and she joined Gabriel and adrien for breakfast, once Gabriel helped Nathalie sit down, they all started eating.
Nathalie took a few bites of her toast before she started feeling full, she couldn't really eat much because her little girl was taking up too much space in her abdomen.
After a little while the baby started kicking Nathalie in the ribs, ow! Nathalie winced in pain as she kept kicking Nathalie's ribs, are you ok Nathalie? Gabriel questioned, I'm fine Gabriel, Nathalie replied it's just that our little girl keeps kicking me, Nathalie layed a hand on top of her belly and Gabriel placed his hand on top of Nathalie's feeling the baby kick.
The baby was constantly kicking Nathalie in the ribs, which made Nathalie a little annoyed, so she gave her a piece of her mind "please stop kicking me little girl, you're making me have the urge to pee even though I just came from the toilet 10 minutes ago and if my tummy is too small for you then you should make your big entrance because I really want to meet you" Nathalie said soothingly.
Nathalie excused herself to use the toilet and when she came back from the toilet, Gabriel and Nathalie both gave adrien a kiss on the cheek before the bodyguard took him to school, Nathalie couldn't go with adrien to the ride to school anymore and Gabriel wouldn't let her work because of her pregnancy.
Gabriel and Nathalie were in their bedroom have a nice conversation when all of a sudden Nathalie grasped the side of her lower belly and her back and she could feel water trickling down her leg.
Gabriel my waters broken Nathalie told him "don't worry love, I can just get you some more water", Nathalie face palmed herself Gabriel the baby is coming.
