Whenever I got home, I pulled a ramen noodle pack from the kitchen cabinet and a bottle of apple juice from the refrigerator. I mean, I'd had no choice but to go to Nora's. My mum was working late tonight and even though I'm old enough to take care of myself, she still wants me to stay with a friend. Which I don't mind. I like my friends.

I refuse to rant on about Louis. I don't want to keep thinking about today. I'll drive myself insane. It's better if I leave it to that.

---

It seemed to be no longer then a hour that Nora came and picked me up in her moms car. Her mum allowed her to use her car from time to time, sometimes Nora took the offer sometimes she didn't. It depended. I slid into the passenger seat and slammed the door, I threw my bag in the back seat once I buckled myself in.

Nora groaned, showing that she was annoyed as she pulled out of my drive way. "What's wrong?" I asked looking at her.

She brushed her curls behind her ear and shook her head. Her lips stayed sealed until she began to drive. "My brother.." She rolled her light brown eyes. "He's so spoiled.. and I'm on the verge of just going off on my parents.."

Nora had her own personal problems. She was willing to let me help her and that was a privilege. She says I'm a real help but I don't know. I just try to listen and explain and give her advice, she always ends up laughing though. I guess that's a plus.

"What happened?" I asked her. My eyes flickered from the road to her. Her eyes remained on the road, she seemed relax in the drivers seat. One hand wrapped around the steering wheel, the other one fidgeting on her small thigh.

"Okay," she waved her hand in the air, "I got home after school.. and I know I didn't tell you this but," she looked at me then to the road, "Harry Styles asked me out..," she licked her lips, "and I told my mum about it and she automatically started yelling, saying stuff like why can't you be like Jason.. And you know how Jason is.."

I took her words in. I furrowed my eyebrows. Jason was Nora's older brother. He was more of the jock type. He was popular, attractive, he has lots of friends. He was similar to Louis in ways. Nora was more of the shy girl, she wasn't as popular and she wasn't as active - which I kinda appreciated. I'm not really athletic either. Jason likes taking things for granet, when Nora doesn't. Their siblings but totally opposite.

I then realized that Harry Styles is best friends with Louis Tomlinson. "Wait," I shook my head, "Ain't Harry - umm.. I don't know.. Did you say yes,"

I didn't want to come out and tell her "Oh Hey, I have this crazy crush on Louis, yeah you must know him because he's Harry's best friend." I couldn't tell her that. I don't know why. I was actually surprised since Harry would ask Nora, Nora is more proper and well put together other than Harry's ex girlfriends Tanya and Kayleigh. Nora is more innocent.

"Of course," she gave a nervous laugh. "Wouldn't you?" She cocked a eyebrow, exchanging nervous looks to me than to the road.

That's when we pulled into her neighbor hood. Nora lived in the "perfect" neighborhood. Fresh cut green grass, yard accessories, large houses - the area was perfect the people was more creepy.

"No," I shook my head, "I don't date and plus, Harry Styles is not my type."

I heard her sigh, that's when we pulled up into her drive way. "Mum and dad went out with Jason for some SubWay. Guess it's just us until we get back.." I nodded.
