I was at the bar with Eleonor, Perrie, Cat and Nicole just talking while the boys went around saying hello to everyone.

"Hey babe" Niall said popping out from the crowd "can you come with me for a minute" he whispered giving me goosebumps.

I nodded excusing myself from the girls. When I stood up Niall immediately took my hand in his leading me out of the room.

"I've got a surprise" he said still dragging me until we got to the elevator.

"What's the surprise for?" I asked resting my head on his shoulder listening to the elevator music.

"Your 19th birthday silly! What did you think I forgot" he laughed kissing the top of my head.

"But, I thought you forgot. You don't have to do anything I didn't even do anything for your birthday, I wasn't there" I said leaning against him.

"But you still bought me a gift. And I love that SnapBack I wear it as much as I can" he stated as the elevator doors opened and we walked out "now wait here I'll be right back" he walked into our room while I waited outside.

Niall came out again after a few minutes with a huge smile. "Sorry it took so long I forgot where I hid it" he laughed rubbing the back of his neck. He took his hand out from behind his back with a box in his hand.

I looked at him with wide eyes "don't worry I'm not proposing" Niall laughed reading my mind. "I got you a necklace, so I'll always be close to your heart" he opened the box revealing a beautiful sliver necklace with a four leaf clover.

I practically launched myself at Niall wrapping my arms around his neck "it's perfect. Thank you so so much" I whispered. He pulled me closer resting his head on my shoulder.

"Can I put it on you?" He asked innocently.

"That would be lovely" I smiled kissing him quickly.

"You're sounding British already using words like lovely" he laughed while he carefully put the necklace on me.

"How does it look?" I asked turning around so I could face him.

"It's perfect, you're perfect" he gave me a toothy gin before grabbing my hand "let's go back before anyone notices we are gone" I smiled back before we started walking back to the elevator.

"Today was perfect. Thanks so much" I said leaning my head on his shoulder.

When we got out of the elevator everything seemed a little too quiet. I could still hear the music playing but not much talking.

"It's creepingly quiet" I whispered not wanting to ruin it. Niall looked down at me before throwing his head back laughing adorably.

I hide my face in my hands/his shirt from the embarrassment. "You're adorable" he whispered stoping in front of the door. He leaned down to kiss me be fore reaching out for the door knob.

Once Niall twisted the knob he opened the door quickly to reveal everyone screaming "Happy birthday Marie!" I jumped gripping onto Niall. That was scary, even though I saw it coming.

I looked up at Niall to see him already looking down at me smiling. "Follow me" he said placing his hand at the bottom of my back leading me through the crowd that is back to talking and drinking.

We kept walking until we were on stage. "Niall. What are we doing" I said almost in a whisper

"Karaoke is starting and I want us to go first, here" he smiled handing me a microphone attached to the karaoke system. I took the mic smiling back at Niall. He looked so happy and I couldn't wait to start karaoke.

"What song?" I asked

"Here" he said handing me a big book "you can pick" flipping through the first few pages a came across my favourite song

I looked up at Niall "99 problems!" I said pointing at it in the book.

"Good choice" he laughed taking back the book

It has been around a half an hour after karaoke started and it was closing to midnight. A lot of the boys family went to bed and it's just us and the boys friends. We were all just dancing.

"Let me have a dance with my girlfriend" Harry said appearing behind Nicole.

"Have fun cuties" Eleanor winked shooing them away

"But not too much fun" Perrie added nudging Nicole

"We will just dance with the birthday girl" Cat said side bumping me

"Nope sorry I'm stealing her you took my Marie for too long" Niall said from behind me

"I give up!" Cat said throwing her hands up dramatically and walked to the bar.

laughing I turned around to face Niall "Hey there" I whispered kissing him

"Hey love" he replied wrapping his hands around my waist to pull me closer. He leaned down so his lips were inches away from my ear "I have one more surprise" He whispered sending shivers down my spine. "Follow me" He took my hand leading my across the dance floor.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked still being dragged across the floor.

"You'll see" He laughed

He walked up on stage with me trailing behind "Niall I'm sorry but I've done my fair share of karaoke" I laughed.

"Not what I had in mind. but close" He laughed stoping in front of the mic. "Hey guys I think it's time to sing Happy 19th Birthday to my favorite girl" Niall said into the microphone with his arm wrapped around my shoulder.

"Happy Birthday to you

Happy birthday dear Marie,

Happy Birthday to you"

Everyone sang while Louis and Zayn came out from behind two doors with a huge cookie cake that read 'Happy Birthday Marie' in big red letters.

They set the cake on a table in front of Niall and I giving me a hug. "Make a wish" Niall said squeezing my hand. I thought of my wish for a few seconds before blowing out all the candles.

"What did you wish for?" Niall asked while Eleanor and Nicole started to cut the cake.

"Do you really want to know?" I asked stepping closer.

"I do" Niall responded wrapping his arms around my waist pulling my close.

I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling out foreheads together "this" I whispered against his lips before smashing my lips into his. He kissed back deeping the kiss before we heard someone wolf whistle and we pulled apart laughing.

"Happy Birthday, I love you" He whispered still holding me close

"Thank you for being so perfect, I love you" I kissed his cheek before walking on line for cake

"It's cake time!" Louis yelled standing behind me.
