***Nicole's POV***

"Nicole?"

Harry asked I just froze. My feet were locked and I couldn't move.

"H-Hi Harry" I waved putting on a fake smile

"Harry who are you talking to?" A girl asked walking towards the door

"Oh it's Nicole, my um my friend" Harry said scratching the back of his neck.

once I saw the girl was Taylor Swift I was ready to puke. "Hi I've heard so much about you" She smiled putting out a hand to shake

"Hi" I said waving instead of shaking her hand.

"Uhh I was about to go on a Starbucks run. Do you wanna come with me? I know how much you love Starbucks" Harry asked not really paying attention to Taylor.

"I don't want to intrude or anything" I hesitated looking down at the ground.

"Oh no it's fine it will be nice to have some company" Harry said smiling that perfect smile of his

"I'm sure Taylor can join you" I said coldly

Taylor was about to say something before Harry cut her off "Taylor has to make some phone calls. Come on it will be fun. I'll be right back" Harry said walking out and closing the door behind him.

"So how have you been?" I asked starting a conversation

"Not well, I miss you a lot Nicole I'm so sorry for-" Harry started to say before I cut him off

We kept walking in an awkward silence until Harry decided to break it "I don't like Taylor"

"They why would you agree to go out with her" I asked trying not to look at him knowing I'll just fall apart

"It just publicity"

"Harry enough excuses.Can we talk about something else?" I asked walking into Starbucks. We both ordered something "What about Taylor?" I asked

"Oh I'll get her something before we leave" He said walking over to a booth

"I better go I have to um, water my cactus" I lied

"Nicole please as friends, just stay" Harry gave me the puppy eyes knowing I can't say no

"Fine" I sighed walking to the booth. We sat there no one speaking for a while

"Just listen. I know you don't want to talk about this but just hear me out. I love you Nicole and only you. Taylor is nothing compared to you and I don't want to loose you so can we just remain friends for now until Management let's me dump her? I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing I broke your heart. The only reason I wanted to take a break because I don't want to feel like I'm cheating on you. I made Taylor promise not to kiss me we are just going to hold hands and walk around" Harry said seriously

"But what if Taylor changes her mind. What if Taylor realises how wonderful you are?" I asked quietly looking down at my hot chocolate

"Well that would suck for her. I'm yours not hers" Harry said with a huge smile

"Yes" I said

"Yes what?" Harry asked

"Yes I would love to stay friends for now but once this whole Haylor drama is done you're mine" I stated

"I would love that" Harry smiled

"now some serious business, two cookies or one?"

I laughed "defiantly two, each" Harry agreed and went up to get the cookies
