To say the least, Xinayo was hungover. Venti was on the floor due to Xinayo pushing him off his own guest bed at 3 in the morning and taking it for herself. No complaints came from Venti, though. The cold, marble floor soothed his burning face.
"What are you doing?" Venti slurred half the words, holding his head as his headache came, but it passed quicker than it came.
"I don't know. I banished somebody that I treasured from this home. I feel awful, Venti." Xinayo admitted, upset.
Venti stood up, energetically running to her and pushing her against the wall, laughing.
Her face lit up red as Venti's nose touched hers.
"Let's get drunk again today! But we need to purchase more wine. Come with me to Liyue Harbour!" Xinayo nodded.
Venti then realized how close they were to each other, and his eyes flickered to her hair.
"Your hair is so messy-"
"Shut up!-"

"So she banished you just like that?" Xiao nodded, looking at the window view.
"Yes. I hate this feeling, Zhongli. I hate it so much." He said. Truth be told, he did hate it.
"I set up cameras in the house." Xiao focused on the geo archon as he suddenly spoke.
"What? And you decide to tell me now?"
"Want to see it, or not?" Xiao hesitantly nodded, not prepared for what he would see.
He saw where Venti and Xinayo had their noses pressed together, both joyfully talking for twenty minutes.
His heart shattered, why did Venti have to ruin his feelings?
Zhongli turned it off upon seeing Xiao's reaction.
"They are heading to Liyue Harbour. Oh, and she unbanished you too. She also said that she regrets it, and that your somebody she treasures." Xiao only listening to the first sentence that came out of his mouth, and teleported to the most famous bar in Liyue.

"And so he jumped infront of me like a maniac!" Venti and Xinayo laughed hysterically, wiping tears from their eyes.
Xiao watched from a distance, jealous.
"Who's that guy in the doorway?" Venti pointed out, making Xinayo turn around, seeing Xiao.
"Let's get the wine and go, we'll carry on at home." She quickly turned away from him, getting stopped by her brother infront of her.
"Zhongli- uhm-" Venti used anemo to lightly push him away, and grabbed the girl's arm as she teleported them away to the house.
"So close, but so far." Xiao muttered unhappily.
Zhongli looked down at the floor. "We need to go, as soon as she says your name, go and take her back home."

"Thank you." Xinayo whispered. "Say, have I ever told you my real name was Y/N?" Venti shook his head, but softly smiled.
"No, you didn't. But you have a beautiful name." He complimented her, making her blush.

"STOP!" She screamed out loud, tears flowing down.
Venti embraced her, resting his chin on her shoulder.
"I didn't use Xiao.." She whispered, the yaksha appearing infront of her.
"No! I don't wanna go back!" Y/N cried, covering her face with her hands as she ran to her own room.
"Please don't get involved, Lord Barbatos. I will take care of her." Venti nodded as he sat by the window.

Xiao ran into her room, locking the door behind him.
"I don't want to go.. please, Xiao..." She whispered with puffy eyes and plump lips.
He mentally took a photo of her vulnerable state, his heart melting at how cute she was.
"I won't. Come here." He opened his arms as he sat on the bed, to which Y/N gladly crawled into, bowing her head into his toned chest.
He smelled of vanilla and cinnamon, it was comforting to smell familiar scents.
Xiao smiled, his arms wrapping around the girl in his grasp, tightening as he put his head on her neck. His hot breath fanned onto her neck. She shivered, hugging him tightly.
Xinayo smelled of flowers. Xiao had a sudden urge to kiss her neck, but he resisted for a while until his confidence finally was big enough to do it.
Xinayo gasped, hugging him tightly so that he could barely breath. Xiao felt happy that she wasn't pushing him away.
