Dabi walks over to a 1967 black Chevy Mustang, and sets you down gingerly before fishing the keys out of his pocket. He opens the door and gestures for you to get in. You barely shake your head.

"Why not? Are you afraid-" He starts to ask you, but you cut in.

"I...I'm dir-dirty. I was...was on the bath-bathroom floor. I'll ru-ruin the seat." You whisper dejectedly and numbly.

"It's fine. I've got spares to waste, so go ahead and sit." Dabi tells you and you decide just to indulge him, so you sit.

Normally, you wouldn't cry in front of anyone, and you definitely would never get in a stranger's car let alone a guy's car, but you had just suffered a very traumatic experience. For the first time in a very long time, you felt comforted...you felt not alone...you felt like someone cared.

Yeah, Dabi wasn't exactly the kind of guy you would've expected to be comforting, but right now you weren't complaining. As he drove he didn't say any empty words of false empathy, he simply kept his hand resting on the middle console with his fingers laced with yours.

You stayed silent for a while, until your mind inevitably replayed that horrid moment over again, and you silently started tearing up. You try to quickly wipe the mini river flowing over your cheeks, but for every one tear you wipe, ten more take it's place.

Dabi doesn't say a word as he steals quick glances at you, but he does give your hand he's holding a gentle squeeze. When you look at him with your watery eyes, his eyes are focused on the road. You can't really pay attention to where he's going, but soon he pulls up to a very ritzy condo.

Dabi gets out of the car and jogs over to your side. He opens the door and you let him pick you up and carry you like a newlywed bride.

The doorman doesn't even bat an eyelash nor did the valet that took the car to what you would assume is the parking. Dabi ignores anyone and everyone, he's a man on a mission. Dabi's eyes stay hard and razor focused as he makes his way to the elevator.

The elevator attendant, you vaguely remember also didn't seem to address your presence in Dabi's arms. All of the employees here, at what you would guess is Dabi's condo, act like this is nothing out of the ordinary. You're thankful they ignore your presence.

The elevator dings at the top level or the penthouse suit. The attendant quickly opens the door, a cold sweat trails down his forehead. Being this close to a very pissed off Dabi, the poor guy is sure he lost ten years of his life!

Dabi wordlessly stomps down the hall towards a grand door. He maneuvers you around slightly so that he can get his keys, and then he proceeds to open said door. Dabi walks inside and although he would to slam the door shut, he doesn't want to scare you, so he gently shuts it with his foot.

Dabi walks over to the master bathroom and gently, like a butterfly kiss, sets you down on the counter. He then goes and turns on the very fancy shower, and after that he kind of jogs out of the room.

You sit on the counter numbly, just.. you didn't know what, but you just felt cold and numb on the inside. Whatever was going on with you, it scared you and that made you tear up again. You hated feeling this helpless, this weak. You hated that all these tears.

Dabi comes back into the bathroom with a set of clothes. He sets them down beside you, and with an almost unreadable expression, but a gentle voice he says, "Take a hot shower. It'll help..."

You find the energy to look up at him with a blank look, but he keeps his gentle voice. "I'll be outside in the living room. If you need anything just holler, yeah? Take as long as ya want." You blink slowly a few times then nod your head numbly.
