we were over at rays house , monie asked me to come over here to chill with her but i'm trying to work on my assignment for my parent laws 102 class.
it's my sophomore year in college and honestly this shit getting harder and harder. i know the education field was very serious but all i have to learn is so stressful.
im currently working on my child laws assignment. Of course every state has different child laws and i live in Arizona. "what does our state laws state about the parents custody after a divorce ?" i read the question out loud. i was writing my answer down but of course my textbook is online.
i request a copy of all my assignments expert essay be on paper because i absolutely can not stand typing and i feel like writing helps me understand and learn the information better.
i read through the chapter to find the answer. "In our state which is Arizona it is stated to be no legal presumption. which means there is no rule putting mother over father or vice versus. both parents are automatically granted joint-custody unless proving other wise. why one parent should not receive joint custody." i mumbled my answer while writing it down. stating my answer out loud helps me with my wording.
"YURRRPPPP." i heard ray yelled walking in making me sigh. i was hoping to be done with my work before he got here and i'm only on questions six. i got four more left but ray is def going distract me.
"hey baby." monie smiled walking over to hug him. they started talking and i turned them out and went back to my work.
"what happens if a parent refuses to obligate with DCS ?" i read in a low voice while hitting CTRL+ F on my macbook.
"the child would not be removed from the parents care because a parent has the right to deny this unless child is in an abusive or endangering environment."
"wassup lil bit." ray said dapping me up.
"wassup." i spoke back before going back to my work. i tuned them out and keep working.
i finally finished my assignment and put it in my folder.shutting my mac book and sliding it in my book bag.
"aye monie braid bri hair for me ?" ray said hugging her from behind and she sighed.
"i can't braid her hair with these nails on Ray." she waved her hands in his face.
"mane dee stressing bruh , bri need her hair done before she go back to school."
"mane tell him to come on." she sighed and waving her hands before drying them off.
"good he already pulling up." ray smiled kissing her cheek multiple times while she mugged him.
