it was now august . your apartment was fully furnished and you had gotten a job at mirko's agency with mina and jiro . katsuki worked at endeavor's agency with midoriya and todoroki . you liked working now since it gave you something to do other than sit in the house all day . you had developed a workout routine along with your everyday hero work .

"baby!" katsuki called from the bathroom . you got up from the living room and headed in there . when you came in , he had on a white button up and black slacks with a tie and was looking worried . "do you know where my hair gel is ?" he asked .

"in the cabinet under the sink," you pointed to the one below him . he found it instantly . you shook your head and started to get dressed for work . you had been working for about a month now . the hero schedule was hard like your dad said , but it was worth it . you were currently the #25 hero . katsuki was #14 . a lot of the older hero's were dropping down because of injuries and old age , so y'all were at the top now . you were making both making 6 figures from y'all's jobs . the money looked nice in the bank account .

you slid of your hero outfit and boots . you then got your stuff , getting ready to head out . katsuki gave you a bunch of kisses , saying he'd see you later and he loved you . you worked from 8am-3pm and katsuki worked the same . he usually stayed a little later to get some extra work done .

you got your car keys , exiting the apartment . on the way down , you saw mina waiting for jiro. since they worked the same hours , they rode together . they worked 9am-5pm . y'all would usually eat lunch together and leave home around the same time .

katsuki came down with you , smacking your ass before leaving . you headed to your car , loving the sound of the engine . on your way to work , you got a doughnut and coffee from dunkin' . when you got to work , you sat in your office that was shared with mina and jiro .

you ate your doughnut while signing into your computer and looking for work to do . you had some papers you had to fill out and emails to reply to . you only did patrol on tuesdays and thursdays . today was a wednesday .

when mina and jiro walked in , jiro greeted you . mina had already greeted you at the apartments . y'all chatted as y'all worked . the day went by quickly being that your work kept you occupied .

during lunch you got a text from your boyfriend telling you to meet him downstairs . you smiled and told the girls you'd be right back . you and katsuki had now been together for almost 11 months now . everything was going great , and you personally thought he would be yours forever .

your surgery day was at the end of the month , making you scared . you hoped everything would be fine and the cancer would go away . your dad would be accompanying you at the hospital after your surgery . katsuki would be there the whole time . he cussed his bosses out when they said they wouldn't let him . since they got tired of his arguing , they let him stay out for some time .

when you got downstairs , katsuki had a bag of food from chipotle and was looking around for you . you went over to him , giving him a hug  and a kiss . "thank you , baby ," you said ,  leading him to the cafeteria . he usually would come eat at your agency . as you walked in front of him , he watched the way your body moved in your hero outfit . fuckkk .

"so , how's work ?" katsuki asked , sitting down across from you and handing you your food . it was your exact order , making you smile .

"boring really , but better now that you're here . plus , you got me food ," you shrugged , making him chuckle . "what about you?"

"i'm not on patrol today , so i basically sat in the office all day looking at shitty , pointless emails and paperwork ," he said , rolling his eyes .

you talked with him until lunch was over , giving him a kiss goodbye and telling him you'd see him at home . "i want you on that bed in some linegerie when i get home , alright?" he whispered in your ear , making you bite your lip . you nodded and kissed him one more time before he left .
